Just went in and tried to get a new phone, the guy behind the counter told me they were out, didn't try to help me order one or even try to find another store that had one. Horrible store representative. Let me leave without any form of help at all, just a shoulder shrug and a "sorry man"

Five stars for Metro on West Ave, Conyers, GA. knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience.
The store on Hwy 278 in Covington. GA where I went first was not interested in the customers needs.
