That rude ahh lady must be related to the owner..she has been getting away disrespecting people at this store for years.The fact she still works here after numerous complaints should tell you what this company think of you.She is definitely a miserable person who lacks social interaction and acknowledgement so she has to get it by getting a rise out customers who just want to get there products and get with there life.

I am ashamed of how the lady in the store today who tried to sale me a Tylenol in the 2 pack for 2.49. Every store in this state sell them for 1.49 and up to 1.59 I am tired of people coming to Georgia trying to take advantage of us. We are trying to survive just like you are. I heard they cheat on gas prices as well. Went to visit store just to see if they are steal ripping ppl off, and see their cigars are the only ones on this side marked up to 1.29 instead of what the package has for 99 cents. Crooks

Horrible customer service! The lady behind the counter is extremely rude and talks down to the customers. Another establishment I will no longer be patronizing.

You better watch The lady that works there with the nasty attitude — she never speak- rude —-she will over charge you always ask for your receipt- I bought something for $1.00 see add .35 plus tax it… look at this receiptI will be stopping back by!

My mom and I came here to get our car washed. We went into the BP to grab something to drink and some cash for the hand car wash. We went up to the counter and there was a young gentleman trying to get into the store but the door was locked. My mom unlocked the door, the gentleman paid for his items but then another guy tried to get in and the door was again locked. At this point l, I asked the man behind the counter why he was locking us in the store and he claimed he didn't do it. I guess he thought we were going to steal something as I had a large purse and so did my mom but again, we were getting our cars detailed and werent going to leave our purses in the cars. We sat waiting for our cars to be finished another 20 minutes or so and watched people go in and out the store with no problems. Another establishment we will not return to.

Stoppef at this location to get gas with my daughter. My daughter gave women $18.00 at counter. . She asked for $15.00 in gas and she brought a drink. My car only took $13.66 in gas. My receipt she printed out shows I was due $2.21 in change. Women at register refused to give my change. Was making up some excuse why I wasn't due any change. This location they don't respect us. Black and Brown people we have to stop patronizing this location that cotinue to rip us off in our community. I will be filing a complaint with BP consumer center and bbb in the morning and I have my receipts....

Woman who works there is very rude, needs to be fired or relocated as she doesn't have good customer service skills. Although I'm sure bp isn't going to do anything other then write some fake customer service review.

I am the only customer in the store. Stood outside the restroom door, thinking it is occupied as the door is locked. Only after going to the counter and asking, was I told both restrooms were out of order! BP-BS. A note on the door would have been nice.

Every time I’m in conyers, Salem Rd BP is my go to. The lady is always so sweet. I left my phone at the counter and luckily I didn’t drive off, she came out and returned it to me. Also bought a scratch off here and WON!

The lady who works in the store is rude an she tells you if you don't buy a ticket from her store she will not cash your lottery tickets an that is bad business I'm not the only customer she has said it too. I think people have hit for good money in that store but because of people cash them elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of frequenting this establishment. A customer in front of me was told by the woman behind the counter that it is ok and legal to carry out an alcoholic beverage un bagged.Then refused to cash a lottery ticket I had just purchased from her because I advised her customer to get a bag to avoid unnecessary hassle from the police while walking with an un bagged beer. She was so rude, I honestly wanted to invite her outside. The first time she displayed attitude while in that establishment I said nothing this makes twice. There are rules to baseball.
