My wife "needed" another pair of Bob's. They had one pair in stock and we ordered a second pair to be shipped home. They always have a Buy One, Get One half off available in store. Friendly staff.

The store manager, Becky, was super helpful and knowledgeable with assisting me find a specific type of shoe. She went above and beyond by helping point out other potential options than I had in mind entering the store, which I ended up buying. Becky also was very personable and nice. The next time I am need of a pair of shoes, my family and I will definitely chose this Skecher’s location.

Styles were limited and the prices were more full retail, not outlet. Had a special if buying two pair, but I could only find one pair I liked. I left empty handed. No real customer service.

I went shoe shopping at Skechers Outlet and the employees at this store were so helpful. The size shoe I needed was on the top shelf and the clerks had to use the ladder to climb up and retrieve them. They were so pleasant!And I appreciate it. ?

Was going to academy for shows, but they stop selling the skechers I like. Found this place near me and wasn't disappointed. Lady took care of me and helped with everything I needed to get the shoes I wanted

Went in and walked around looking at the different designs and colors of Skechers and finally found my favorite pair then since the 2nd pair is half off I grabbed up another pair love the feel so Skechers they are so comfy

Great store with an exceptional assortment of quality shoes. But another manufacturer with no vision in recycling their used product. Just too easy to tell a customer to throw them out.

This skechers store definitely has 5 star service. When I walked in Jessica greeted me. She was able to answer all my questions concerning Skechers shoes. I told her the kind of shoes I wanted and she started assisting me. Then to my surprise Becky (store manager) started helping me as well. Jessica told Becky what I was looking for and between the two of them I was getting shoes from every place in the store. Becky was bringing me shoes from the back that had not been put out on the shelf (new arrivals). I brought 5 pairs of shoes and a pair of flip flops. I drove 2 hours to this Skechers Outlet Store in Commerce, GA and it was definitely worth it. Go see Becky, Jessica and Ariez and get the 5 star service you deserve.
