“Best customer service ever! Me and my wife entered the store and we were immediately greeted with smiles. Cayden was so sweet and welcoming, as soon as we walked in she immediately got to work trying to help me find shoes that would be most comfortable on my feet. Another employee Ben also came to help and together they helped me pick out an amazing pair. As I was checking out another employee named Paris overheard my need for comfortable shoes and informed me on how socks can really affect someones comfort in a pair of shoes. She recommended the perfect pair for a good price and even convinced my wife to buy some too. I have never felt the need to leave a review but after my experience in this Journeys I couldn’t help but feel compelled to do so. I will be returning after today”

“Been shopping at this location for years. Always a great selection from dressy and casual to tennis shoes. The store is located in the Tanger Outlets. Plenty of parking, handicap spots and electric vehicle charging stations. Inside the store was organized nicely. The employees were friendly and helpful. There is a public restroom just down from this store. Rack Room Shoes is the first place I always go to when I’m in need of shoes!”
