Brand new Levi's with all the tags, but because I don't have a receipt, I'm told too bad so sad, go away. All I wanted was to exchange for a smaller size.

Yeah somebody told me that Levi's stopped making them 517 Boot cut. Well let me tell you the man at this place said that their were still some of those 517bc around. I got a pair of the 527s there and the man found me two pairs of the 517s at another store and got those for the same price and no shipping cost. Had it going on in Commerce that day.

Very sweet, helpful customer service rep. Unfortunately, I only had $60 put away for some jeans. The cheapest ones my size were almost $80!!! WTH? Guess I'll be shopping at Goodwill.

Just got ignored my a rude employee who asked the lady before me if she needed any help. But when I stand right in front of her in the counter…. She acts like she doesn’t see me or have time. Just continues to fold clothes and not look up. Then when the guy comes back out from helping another customer…. He asks the employee to help me. She then acts as though she wants to help me. No thanks. What a loser store and employee. Keep your product. I’ll go to the polo store.

My husband and I visited this store today, I have never been to a store that didn't have any plus size women jeans in the store at all, and I don't mean a very large plus size just a size 16 plus size women. Levi needs to do better and not just have there stores stocked with jeans for smaller frame women. Oh well I will continue to spend my money with American Eagle. Don't shop here ladies if you need plus size women jeans because they don't have them in the store!

“Changing rooms are closed 1 hour before closing. Company policy” are you kidding me? Not a sole in the store except for 4 employees and my mom can’t even try on a pair of jeans?? I guess this is what you get nowadays.I’d have a chat with the crew tonight and clarify what exactly company policy is vs customer service, and how one may be more important than the other. You are a reflection of who represent you.
