I managed a maintenance department so I've shopped for tools all up and down the east coast. I've never walked into a store and felt more unwelcome.They seemed to be annoyed the I even walked in. If all people are not welcome into your establishment I'd rather you just post a sign . That way I won't drive 45min to be treated poorly.

We bought on sale a Ryobi self propelled mower model RY 401018 20 “ cut last Labor Day at the Commerce, GA store. After about one week the mower would NOT start after checking battery, key etc. Took it back and exchanged this FIRST mower. About a week later the SECOND unit started to take off at a “high rate of speed” on its own when In lowest speed setting. Took this second mower back to Commerce. They once again exchanged for another THIRD refurbished mower. After a month and a half the third mower will not start after checking battery, key etc. Now will need to take this mower to a Ryobi approved repair center as the 30 day direct tools replacement warranty has expired. We have a 16 inch Ryobi mower from 2015 c original battery that is excellent. Three defective mowers is not acceptable. I will state that each time the direct tools store in Commerce exchanged the mowers without any concerns. Joe was helpful each time. I have many Ryobi 18 and 40 volt tools. I hope this helps you in your purchase choices.

Gotten almost all my power tools from here the employees have always been helpful when I come in. Prices have been 20$ or better than Home Depot well when it comes to Ryobi tools I only buy those I don't know about the other ones that they sell there.

This store in Crawfordsville, GA has turned into a disappointment. All that's in this store is Rigid and Ryobi and more Ryobi. Prices are not that good either, can find better deals on better products on the internet
