This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. Rips there customers off, treats customers like garbage, Shantell had an attitude as soon as we walked in the door..
THE MAIN METRO NUMBER 611 TOLD US THE GATEWAY BOX COULD BE EXCHANGED DUE TO THE BOX is Malfunctioning. Shantell cut us off, before even explaining, or looking up my information.
This is the reason anytime I walk into a Metro store it's empty. It can be anytime of the day... Crickets. I will just sit back and watch this store close, because it will. Just like Kmart, JC Penny's, Shoes for Less, and more.
The media has pushed racial division and Shantell definitely believes in this nonsense. I am now with Verizon home internet and my 4 phones were just switched to Verizon as well, TODAY.
Also,My mother, my sister and her husband, and my niece and her husband have left Metro in the last 2 months.
Consumers are sick of giving their hard earned money to a business that doesn't value their business. Metro 611 is awesome, but any store I go into have nothing more than attitudes and nasty customer service.
Metro will be nothing more that a faint memory in history.

This MetroPCS is awesome always have a good experience but today Mike made my experience with this Metro the best yet. Its employee's like Mike that set the tone for customer service. He should be rewarded for his amazing service and kindness to a complete stranger. It's refreshing especially with everything going on these days. Thank you Mike!!!

Excellent staff, Felix was quick as I've ever experienced at a Metro affiliate. Product stock was poor though, with several sold out phones and accessories. Good overall experience though.
