There is absolutely nothing in the store! The older age African-American male manager in that store is worried about more of liability than accountability for the customers that come in and out of that Family Dollar. His attitude and disposition makes it uncomfortable to even want to come in the store let alone say anything to him!

3-14-23 stopped by 15 minutes before close for a essential item and they wouldn’t let me in. Very frustrating. Terrible customer service. Company Loosing money by closing early. Employees should be penalized for this. I was unable to pay a bill due to this inconvenience.

I was very excited to find out that everything on the clearance rack was $1 so I racked up on items for my grandchildren!!! This is the best time of year to visit one of the stores, you'll thank me later!!!

Approaching the store I saw an employee standing outside the store directly in front of the door smoking so I explained I have Bronchitis… The employee rudely barked So, I’m outside clearly while on the clock because I literally had to wait for assistance at the checkout… cause she was busy smoking. I asked for the Supervisor number and she laughed and said she is the manager. I called to get corporate or a general managers number when I got home she laughed so I knew it was her who answered said she ain’t have it right now and hung up on me. Called corporate, BBB, left a complaint on the website and several reviews. Heard nothing back yet so I’m gonna write Mr. Levine but this was the worst employee I’ve ever encountered in my life. Self serving high and mighty attitude

Family Dollar is a good place to go if you only need one or two items the store is clean shelves are neat and you can find what you are looking for..I give it a 5 STAR staff is friendly also.

I have been to this location usually once a week for about six years. The staff are great and never grumble when helping you out. Fair prices and great selection and really good coupons!
