Seamless Service. The professionals at the store on Buena Vista Rd were quick to serve and hooked me up right away. Less than 15 minutes I had a new phone with my contacts etc. Professional, courteous, teamwork and respectful.

Took my 17-year-old with last Saturday the 2nd of December to add his phone to my line we was the in and out maybe 20 minutes extra service with the manager that was there Saturday at 4:00 p.m.

I am really impressed with Cricket I've had them for maybe five years so far. Stores that I went to the people that work there are very smart it's not a guessing game with them with what they do with your phone.

So for the most part I was in and out of this store. However, the guy working there was very unprofessional. Did not speak well, had his mask off, was flirting with someone woman and showing each other texts and pictures while I was waiting. I would have just straight left if I didn't want to buy a new phone that day.

I went to cricket wireless And got the iPhone XR I love my new phone has no problems with it I was with metro pcs I ported my number to cricket they really hook me up Silvia customer service was exceptional and Malik too they set my phone up and ported my number and also they gave me a case and a screen protector for my phone I want to give them a big thanks for everything if y’all need phone go to them they will hook you up with some good deal!!!?
