All of those self check out register's and only 4 open... I left the buggy filled and walked out.... After shopping for about an hour to have to wait online behind 20 other people is ridiculous... Hire more people Wal mart or open them self check outs.

The car center was trash I had an appointment at 9:00 in the morning and they let two or three cars go before me when I was there before the cars then told me I couldn't get a oil change because there was no oil in the car that stupid pit oil in the car what the fuc oh and it took 2 hours so this is not a good place to get oil changes will not be coming back

Pickup is just horrid at this location. My angst is not just the wait but they will send notifications that my order has been picked up and I am left in my car waiting 20-40 mins after. Now I am held hostage because like recently I could not wait and had to go in and get 3 of the 25 items abandoning anything needing refrigeration because I waited too long to go home and store those items before needing to head back out as I had planned. Hencetherefore, I am waiting for a refund on an entire order that they indicated was delivered while I waited 25 minutes and was not. There was not nan staff member in sight the entire time.

Always stocked! I dont care what anyone says, this is a good Walmart! Employees are working to keep shelves stocked and merchandise off the floor! Lanes move quickly because they direct people where to go. That is ALL I need from Walmart. Shop smart people, its 2024!

The store manager who is at Customer Service does not treat customers fairly. I tried to return an item and she said there was a mark on it. I’ve never worn these pants and it could’ve came from dirt from the dirty store. She did not come up with a resolution and all I wanted was the same pants in a bigger size all my tags were still on it. She refused my return and gave me a nasty attitude. Interactions with her have always been nasty like this. I hope the this review gets to a regional manager or district or someone above her! I can’t imagine how she treats her employees. Please watch her and reevaluate her customer service skills. Matter a fact send her back through training.

They keep changing the hours shortening the time seem like it’s very in convenient . Quit hiring all these teenagers that have time restrictions. Smh
