My husband and I came to do a tour and the model apartment was perfect. The leasing agent was great too and I wish I could remember her name, but I can't. Very sweet lady though as well as Ms. Lisa whom I spoke with over the phone. The only things we didn't like is ho far away from the city it is, ifykyk traffic is crazy also, the number of units. We are used to a small tight knit community where everyone knows of everyone and can easily tell who doe and doesn't belong. We are still looking at other places but this one is definitely in our top 5.

I had a good experience living in these apartments. As a single female the usage of a gated community was experienced fairly well. The gate was closed 90% of the time. It was fairly quiet & residents in my building kept to themselves. My stay was short but I would definitely recommend this location to others.

They fixed dishwasher but my sink in bathroom is still leaking and also the toilet doesn’t flush on its own I have to pull the cord in the back of toilet

The leasing manager was wonderful! She helped me with every detail of the procedure. Attitude was very pleasing and warm. The young lady was diligent and patient. I’ve been here a long time. I like the property for its location and the security aspect. Improvements can always be made and I welcome them from every aspect. May this property be blessed in the aspect of bringing to it good tentants who pay their rent in a timely manner and respect the property. I’m enjoying my stay here.

I live on the top floor of the building and there are always people smoking marijuana on the stairs, I have told the office a million times about the situation and they do nothing about it, I don't even smoke and the house smells like that garbage they smoke I hope they resolve the situation, I have been living here for almost a year and I still have the same problem...

Ms. Patricia and the rest of The Village on Riverwalk staff have been very helpful with this transition. The apartment was very cleaned and painted very well on move in. I'm looking forward to my time living here.

Nothing was done, they unplugged “tested” things and even noticed there was an issue with the water staying in the machine improperly and not opening soap properly but told me they would have to order a new one and that they would come back and didn’t. it was too hot when they came also and did nothing with the ac. Yet both work orders were filed as completed.
