Sir of Asian decent (sorry, didn’t get his name) was knowledgeable and had good customer service. Thinking about coming here to buy my IPhone 15 when it comes out because the T Mobile associates on Camp Creek and Riverdale suck. Metro by T Mobile is better and cheaper than the main T Mobiles stores.

Bad business. They ALWAYS close 30min - an hour before the actual closing time and it’s very unprofessional and inconvenient for people that don’t have enough time during the day.

I walked in to get my phones switched over with the SIM card and the black girl made nothing but excuses to help me. Very Lazy. Customer service like this makes you think twice about Metro PCS
