Shakeivious! Is the best customer service agent I ever experienced with direct auto. I had the pleasure of having her renewing my policy and she was very helpful and polite to me. She also was patient with me and answered all my questions concerning my new policy. I like college park location better than that mess in decatur where it's supposed to be greater! I just got off the phone with Latoya, a Direct Auto Rep. in College Park, GA. She was very professional, informative, and kind. She made everything so simple and before I knew it, I was insured. Latoya deserves a promotion. It's hard to find this type of customer service.
