Wednesday evening the windshield on my car got smashed in. Called Alexander Auto Glass at 630pm, got his VM. Left message, that evening he returned my call about 8pm. Took car to him at 11am the next morning. Car was finished and returned to me by 5pm that same day. Outstanding customer service. Chris went above and beyond the scope of a normal business to make sure i was back on the road asap. Definitely 5 star service!!!!

I busted the back glass in my truck. These folks gave me a quote over the phone and had me in quickly. They got the wrong glass in ( supplier error) installed it, saw it was wrong and got the correct glass in overnight and installed it. I had tools, clothes and all sorts of stuff in my truck. When I got back to pick it up, everything was as it was when I dropped it off. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find anymore. These folks do a great job, are trustworthy and cheaper than anywhere you’ll find around here. If I have a problem again, I’ll take it straight to them and encourage those needing glass work to do the same.

Alexander’s Auto Glass is the most professional auto glass business in Northeast GA. I own an HVAC business and our company vehicles are on the road constantly. We have 15-20 glass replacements a year. Thanks Chris and Clay Alexander you guys rock!! (No pun intended!)

I came across Alexander Auto Glass via Google search one day after a rock hit my windshield. The same day, I showed up to the business and met with Chris. He was very kind, honest, and helpful throughout my entire repair experience. He provided me with very reasonable estimates before I even realized my insurance would cover the entire replacement. We were traveling through with a crack in our windshield. Chris and his family were so kind to us. They are friendly and hospitable. They even let us borrow a vehicle to get around while the work was being done. They replaced the glass quickly and professionally. I'm so thankful for their help!

Terrible customer service. Very nice 1st time but when seal came up... NEVER came to fix it. Always an excuse. Never got fixed and it leaked. Had to have repaired by Safelite.Service: Auto windshield repair
