They are the first one who didn't immediately want to sedate my cat before examining her. She is not aggressive. She is scared at the vet and attempts to make herself appear ferocious. “Cannot say enough about how incredible Heavenly Paws is. We were given their name by our mobile Vet, Dr. Christi and Carmelle of Gentle Touch Mobile Vet when we were approaching the time to help our sweet girl, Mitty, gently leave this world. Mitty was 20 years old and we received her urn and paw print today. Dr Christi and Carmelle delivered the packaged items from Heavenly Paws. We sat down and opened each and every item they sent us after they provided Mitty's aftercare. The attention to detail was so reassuring that Mitty was respectfully cared for by Heavenly Paws. We cried, we smiled a little and we felt so touched and reassured by a business we had never actually spoken to. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! You are true angels in a business that has to be difficult. Thank you for treating Mitty with such respect. We will treasure the items you prepared for us and the small fur clipping was a welcome surprise that made us feel of sense of Mitty now being with us. “Took my 8.5 year old Schnoodle to have some lumps examined. I called multiple places and they were all booked for at least a month. I wanted/needed to know sooner than later, if the lumps were bad. I put in a request on their portal and the next morning as soon as they opened I heard from someone. I called and was able to schedule an appointment for her a few days later. The process was easy as far as her being a new patient of theirs. The deposit wasn't outrageous. When we were arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff, and taken back to our room almost immediately. The vet that took care of my dog, had wonderful bedside manner, was thorough with her exam, explained everything to me in detail, a great veterinarian all around. I ended up getting her some shots that she needed. The team was super sweet and it was the first time she hasn't been scared when she's been handled & gotten shots. Peachtree Hills will be our permanent vet from here on out. I couldn't be happier to find such a caring place.”

They helped my little soul dog that had cancer, experience life longer than expected and they are now helping my 2 senior dogs live a happy life. “Please, trust me as a pet owner. I cannot recommend this place enough for your pet healthcare. I moved from HI with my dog, and one of the things I worried the most was finding a great vet. I had the best vet team in HI, and it is not easy to find a great caring vet in a new town. I did try a couple of places for my dog - one in Norcross and another in Peachtree Corners. They were just meh and expensive, pushing for unnecessary labs. I later found out why - they were a part of a giant umbrella group meaning they push for profits. And that shouldn't be the case for our pets. Anyhow, I chanced up on this vet hospital, and I could not be happier. Very competent, so kind, so knowledgeable. I am very happy. I don't review a lot, but definitely wanted to spread word about this great vet hospital. I highly recommend.”

My family has been using Clairmont since the early 00s and while it has grown, it has consistently stayed professional, caring, responsive, and full of animal lovers. It’s clean. No appointments were available on short notice but Dr. Stacy examined the cat within a half hour of my dropping her off.She was treated quickly and continues to be in good health at home. “It saddens me to see some people did not have great visits at Lavista Animal Hospital. We have been taking our pit mix here for about two years, and the staff and Dr. Clint have been nothing short of amazing. On some reviews, i see people had surgeries, X-rays, or other services using anesthesia, which I cannot attest to. But, if you are looking for an everyday vet for wellness checks, illness visits, or consultations, this team has always taken great care of our girl. As a pitbull owner, I've noticed many vets in the past treat her differently because of her breed. The staff at Lavista always treats her so wonderfully, and they don't resort to immediately muzzling her due to the breed (she does not require a muzzle and is very well behaved on the table, but vets in the past have taken one look at her and put it on). They've helped us with infections, allergies, vomiting, weight control, anxiety, and just about any other thing you'd bring your pup in for. They are swift and efficient, and I've never waited more than 15 min to be seen. Dr. Clint patiently answers my 100000000 questions, and the front desk is always helpful when I call for any questions after the visit. For those who have said the reception isn't kind, I'd like to ask how you treated and spoke to them that made them react that way. Because never once has the reception staff not been kind, pleasant, and a cherry on top of the service. Those ladies bring a smile to my face when I walk in. They have very standard pricing, I've never felt like they were upcharging for a better profit. I highly encourage anyone in the area to give Lavista a visit. “Stunning vets. Called at 7:30am for a kitten with a bad eye infection I found on a Sunday night. They coached me in the medication, assisted any time I called, were prompt in returning info, AND took on our crazy husky for boarding and for his shots to get him ready for boarding so we could go to our wedding.The day of the appointments, they called to let me know the Doctor was performing an emergency C-section, they didn't move a single appointment, and they still saw my animals.If you are nervous about the best vet to take your fur children, this is the absolute right choice. Don't hesitate, call, reserve your spot and pay the exam fee if you have too, and just listen to them. They will steer you the right direction, and they mean it when they say they're there to help.Lovely vets and even lovelier people.”

“Dr. Grant is very knowledgeable and cares greatly for his patients. My family has been taking our dogs to Coral Sands since forever (3 dogs over the last 25+ years). Dr. Grant and his family are lovely people. This is a family-owned business on a side of town where veterinary care is desperately needed. I'm grateful that Dr. Grant and his team have remained in this neighborhood to provide reasonably-priced care for animals that probably wouldn't receive it otherwise. I can only imagine how many lives he has saved. My only real complaint is that because this office stays so busy, Dr. Grant doesn't get much time with patients. If you're going in for routine maintainence (update shots, etc) it's a very quick session with the vet. But if you have questions or concerns, he will listen and advise. If you need professional, no-frills vet care in the Decatur area, this is your place. If you want to pay double for a vet's office that's new and shiny and spotless and smells like rose petals, please go somewhere else.”

“Our dog had to have TPLO surgery and they handle the process well, and a couple years later had to have it done again on his other leg so we had no hesitation going back. Our pooch is recovering very well with return to function. They kept us updated with proactive communication throughout the whole process.”
