“I've been going to Flintstone Ace Hardware for years and the customer service is always exceptional, but today it blew me away so much that I had to let the world know.
I was in a hurry trying to get a key made and find a really hard-to-find piece of hardwware to repair my son's football helmet.
So one associate started making the key for me, while another went to find the hardware part I needed. The screw bracket didnt quite fit, so they took it to the back to hand grind it so it would work. Meanwhile a third associate helped me find a color band to go over the new key. And when I got to the cashier, she had already started ringing up the items!
I had a team of four people literally simultaneously waiting on me hand and foot helping me with my repair project and collecting the items I needed. Talk about fast service, friendly service, and service that goes beyond all expectations.

“I was browsing the houseplant section when the employee taking care of the plants (older man, can't remember his name, but maybe Ben) started to talk to me about the African Violets. He was very knowledgeable about all of the plants, and we had a great conversation about the store's selection. He helped me pick one out and explained the care. It was clear he was passionate about the plants, and I am excited to visit again!”
“Decent budget tools. I've been collecting the Bauer collection and not a single issue once. It's super cheap too to get a 1 or 3 year warranty for leave of mind. Ive used a lot of Milwaukee and tbh I prefer Bauer.”

“Atlas Bolt is a fantastic supply store for Milwaukee tools. They offer a great selection of PPE and job safety equipment as well as any variety of fasteners and hardware one might need for the job (as the name would suggest). One thing that always annoys me is that nothing in the store has a price label. Im sure the price of something doesn’t matter to a customer with a P/O number for a job that his contractor is paying for, but if Im in there to get something for the job Im working at and I see something I would like for home or my personal tools which I intend to purchase with my money, then I wanna know how much that something is..”

“Rather embarrassing.... Ask 3 folks for help. The first guy told my it wasnt his section... But really tried to help. The 2nd guy was showing me wire polishing tools for metal for a Dewalt... After I asked him to help me find a tool for WOOD!! The 3rd guy stuck his finger up and told me to hold on and NEVER came back. So I left.
