The owners are amazing people who do a great job of keeping the storage area clean and safe. I love that this a small town local business with friendly owners who are great people. They also have the best prices in the area.

I have rented two units for several years. The units are well maintained. At one point I was needing the doors repaired on both units, the springs had gotten weak and the doors would not stay up. Doyle was very prompt at repairing them and they have worked fine ever since. Good location and good value.

I’ve been a customer of Chickamauga Mini Storage for 14 years- since 2006. This is the best unit I’ve used. Carol and Doyle are sincere and kind owner/operators. Any time I’ve had an issue or my family needed something taken care of, to include late/forgotten payments, they were more than willing to work with us and get things taken care of. They have competitive pricing and are easy to contact and personable to talk with. The only reason I’m leaving is bc I’m moving soon. The units are easily accessible, in a safe location, and pretty well lit. They also have climate controlled units. Chickamauga Mini Storage is the best.

I’ve known the owners, Carol and Doyle Waters for years. They are very customer-oriented, and will work with you to get what you need. They have two great facilities with climate controlled units. They are very clean, secure, and well-maintained. Units are competitively priced. See them before you rent.

I have had several storage units with Chickamauga Mini Storage over the past year and a half. Carol is always pleasant to deal with and prices are the best in the area. The units are clean, well lit and easily accessible.
