I do NOT recommend this location. The staff know very little about the phones. I'd give it one star but the manager Hazel is very nice and knowledgeable, but I can't say that for the rest of the staff. Also, as a dealer store, their terms and conditions are not as good as a corporate location. It's nearly impossible to return a phone. They charge activation fees on upgrades (corporate locations wave this fee for loyal customers if you ask). They are also often low on phone inventory. [ Try the corporate Metro location on LaVista road if you need a place nearby. They helped me out in every way that this location failed me. ]I had gone to this location for 3 years but it's gone downhill every year. There was a time I'd recommend it, but that was pre-covid, and I definitely will NOT be returning.

Came in today to switch from boost..my wife and I were able to do so with no hassle... Receive great service from Hazel and jermannie...come see them...come and switch

Horrible horrible horrible customer service!!!!! Manager suppose to call me never calls!!!! They never finish my activation of my lines I had to go three trips and still never got fixed. They supposed to pay for me leaving my other carrier to come to them and they never did. The only thing this store knows how to do is to lie!!!!!

Face masks and social distancing are a must. Melissa assisted my son with his purchase and she was EXCELLENT, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable of the phones, promotions, and etc. My son wanted to upgrade his iPhone to the 12 pro Max iPhone, so we came here to take care of him. There are many phones to choose from, but iPhones are the phones my family and I have. If we need anything else from T-Mobile, we will definitely visit this store and request Melissa. She was really great. :-)

I was looking all over for a Tmobile location and I found this one! Nairoby was such a great help and she assisted me in getting the best deals possible!! Thank you Nairoby and Tmobile! P.s. I was scared of covid so she assisted me from the Car!

My daughters phone malfunctioned and shutdown so we went here. I must say that I had a wonderful experience. The rep fixed my daughters rate plan so it is cheaper. Plus upgraded her phone. I will go back to this location again.
