Very bad service, after purchasing the phone they gave me a service request initiation document with my name but with another address and when I tried to correct the address error they made me go 3 times and they still have not been able to resolve the problem because They say that the system does not allow you to print said corrected document and I still cannot solve this problem

Horrible customer service, it seemed like nobody spoke English, waited for help while the Chinese men stood there behind the register directing everyone to the young lady already helping someone else. Then she trying sell us phones we didn’t want, We ended up walking out. #stillWithBoost??♀️

these people are shady and their business practices are despicable. My son purchased an iphone 11 on Sunday and attempted to return it the following and was told that the phone he paid cash for without any promotion was considered an upgrade and couldn't be returned. We contacted customer service and were told that this wasn't an upgrade and that the phone should be eligible to return but these money-starved derelicts stuck to the narrative that it was an upgrade without showing me the upgrade policy. I nor anyone in my household will no longer be using any T-Mobile services ever again. I will be porting all phones and internet to a more respectable and honorable service provider. These people aren't about providing good customer service to them it's the bottom line, and the bottom line is I am done as a customer I hope that $500 was worth it.

The worse service especially this store in Chamblee buford hwy in the farmers market shopping center, having already 2 lines and home internet with them I port over my number from another carrier gave them the account pin everything they need to por over my number and take advantage of the deals metro claims they have, well the process of porting my number they couldn't do it, it just say is in the process went next day still no service employees there bad attitude one of them threatened me to call the police so I told her sure call them it will be better, so they finally told me that the porting process couldn't get done and I won't get my money back or the the phone nothing, they told me that I'll be loosing everything because that's MetroPCS policy when you try to port your number over to MetroPCS and if they can't do it you as a new customer will loose your money and your number, believe it or not I swear to God, got a police report hopefully I'll get something done and keep you posted DON'T GO THERE STAY AWAY FROM METROPCS if you don't believe me ask any MetroPCS store what happens if your number is in the process of porting over to MetroPCS what happens if it didn't go through. I took my friend to get a new phone and it was stolen 9 days later It takes 30 days to get a replacement phone with the insurance so do yourself a favor don't get the insurance Just buy a new phone because really when you think about it what's worse 30 days of complete incompetent harassment or $250 for phone just by the the foam

O purchased their pet tracker after being told ot would constantly charge if hooked up in vehicle, but ot turns out only to be charged with 110 volt home charger. I took it back right away, but they said they could not refund the $20.70 activation fee even though their fault.
