Ricardo is rude and condescending. Treats customers and employees like crap. May be hiring people under the table. Not sure how his employees put up with his mouth and energy. I would not recommend this hotel furniture junk yard.

I am very sorry for the person who owns this business. I don't think that the owner of this business knows how disgustingly the "seller" hired by him works. I'm landlord. My house located on Chamblee Dunwoody Road, behind your store. By the way, my neighbors are also not happy with your "seller" who speaks Spanish to them all the time. My apartment complex is located in Doraville and it's sometimes interesting for me to go to this store. But it becomes not at all interesting when you see how your chosen one is working unprofessionally, rudely, with bad manners. A few months ago he also behaved arrogantly with my fellow colleagues. They told me that if you have any respect for yourself, never come in to this store. Today he is insolent. (check this case on the camera record). Disgraced me in front of customers. And what did I do? I just asked him the price. Instead of answering my question about the price, he replied that I don't have such money to buy this table. Did he count my money? Why did he react like that? The main thing in your business is the quality of customer service, or what !? Then he started shouting in front of customers that I just go in and never buy anything This is a blatant lie! He perfectly remembers how I put up with his terrible manners and bought a lot of things for my business. The owner of this store should take measures regarding the behavior of his "seller." If this happens to me again, I will initiate proceedings against your company. You are well aware of the nature of the law of customer rights. I do not want to be next door to shops with this kind of service. I want it to be the way it should be in the United States of America. And please instruct your employee to place price tags on everything you sell. 90 percent of your product has no price tags. Are you all an special exception? It would not be bad if Chamblee plaza owners remove this very inhospitable, ugly, with a terrible service "store" "Hotel furniture outlet". And place instead "Bed bath and beyond" and "trader Joe's" stores.

The furniture showroom is huge here, with a great variety of furniture, lighting, mirrors and artwork in a variety of styles and price ranges. Everything is discounted from new prices and most of the furniture, while used, is in good condition as it is more strongly made than are residential grade items. I've had two great shopping experiences here with the friendly manager who contributed a lot to my overall rating of the store. It is fun to browse there as well.

I maybe in the minority here, but I actually like this place. I've been on the hunt for a sofa bed for the past few weeks and searched just about everywhere. Luckily this joint appeared on my Google maps search. Walked in here last Saturday morning not expecting much. Man I was wrong. I saw an abundant amount of sofa beds whereas major stores like Rooms To Go couldn't bother to have no more than 2 on display. The furniture here for the most part is in great shape. Stop here before spending full price somewhere else.

Nice solid furniture, very good looking pieces. But be prepared to pay almost full price for the gently used hotel furniture. The storeroom floor is huge with many beautiful selections , clean, easy to navigate and interesting. You will definitely see something that will catch your eye, as the owner has great taste and buys very well. The only problem is for those who have been to hotel furniture stores before ( like me ) and had a great experience because of the bargains you get, even negotiating a bargain- you're not getting that here! The owner doesn't like to negotiate, saying statements " like he has to pay the bills and if he lets everyone get cheaper prices he would be out of business". Okay ,there wasn't many people in the store , I saw one other person that walked out with nothing-maybe rethink that policy? Problem is the store home goods and Tj max is in the same mall selling new furniture and decor for similar prices. It's not commercial furniture , but a customer will think- I might as well buy this furniture new if I can't get a bargain! I did buy a really nice chair for my she-corner but getting the price down was like pulling teeth! Good fortune

Clean, quality items at a fraction of the original cost. Many one of a kind items we could not afford elsewhere.

I love shopping here. Great prices and always something new, interesting & eclectic to buy. When I have company in my home, I always get asked where did you find that!

Love Ricardo, he's such a pleasure to work with. If I ever need multiples of a particular item for a client, I know I can find it here. Weekly inventory turn around.

With rip-off pricing, no one should set foot in here unless they want to be cheated. First, the oldest review here is dated 2015, but there are only three reviews. I don't think so. Is Yelp allowing business owners to pay to have some of their negative reviews removed? Second, the pricing here is outrageous. This is used furniture. It is not worth more than new things because it's "commercial grade." Think about it. Even if the mini-fridge priced $30 more than a larger size with more features than a new one for sale at Lowe's or Home Depot was "commercial grade" when the hotel purchased it, do you really think it continues to have the same life span and reliability that it had when the hotel first purchased it? Of course not. If it did, the hotel would not have replaced it. Other examples include a sign advertising used ironing boards for $8 each. WalMart frequently sells fresh, clean, unused, new ironing boards for $8. Currently, the store has a table and chair set priced at $4,500. Damage to the table top is clearly visible from several feet away. Stains and damage to the upholstered chairs is apparent from just a few feet away. Meanwhile stores, like Underpriced Furniture and Furniture Mart, on or near the I-85 access road between DeKalb and Gwinnett sell similarly sized tables (without the damage) for less than a thousand dollars. Obviously, adding chairs increases the price, but a set can still be had for well under $4,500. The excessive prices are reflected in the stacked, cluttered nature of the store. This location has transitioned from a genuine store like environment that a person could walk and shop to a warehouse like environment with furniture stacked to the ceiling. Lower prices would help to clear some merchandise and restore consumer trust.

I came here looking for king sized bed frames, and the owner brought me to the frames section. I bought 3 frames and brought them home, only to realize they were queen sized frames when i set them up. I called the store explaining how he had given me queen frames and how i wanted a refund.
