If you’re looking for a trusted mechanic, you have one here. Not only were they very fairly priced, but they went out of their way to do all the little things that really make a difference! I thought I was gonna spend more money than I wanted to, but they were beyond fair! Hopefully I don’t have to come back, but if I do, I know who to call.

They are robbing. I went to them for fixing my car. Even they are unable to find the exact problem instead keep on changing the things that is not at all required. And the mechanic literally using Google to see where the parts are located. And they charged me 700$ for changing ignition coils and spark plugs and camshaft sensor (I bought the part) and this can be done in 400$. Don’t go they are just trying to make money.

I had little choice in choosing where to take my car, however I would never go here again regardless. The starter for my car was sold to the shop for $179, they attempted to charge me $496 just for the part. 177% markup on the part. I would recommend to stay away from these criminals. Orlando was also very unpleasant to work with.

Just had a terrific experience here. They fixed an electrical problem by exploring the easiest and cheapest solution first. The owner, Orlando, took extra steps to make sure the car was ready for pick-up, like “observing it overnight to see what happens the next morning.” He wanted to make sure it was fixed right and didn’t want me to wake up the next day with a car that didn’t start. Now that’s what I call customer service! The price was super reasonable and everyone was so nice. I would trust them with my next repair without a single reservation. Go check them out. I took my VW Beetle in for am oil change yesterday.
They use FULL Synthetic oil with all their oil changes :)
Its good to know that we have an honest and friendly mechanic and in the neighboorhood !

I recently took my car to Georgetown Auto Repair Services, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly and professional attitude. The team (especially Jacob) was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues with my car in a way that I could easily understand.
The repairs were done quickly and efficiently, and the pricing was very fair compared to other places I've been. I also appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services, which is a rare find these days.
My car is running better than ever, and I feel confident in the work that was done. I will definitely be returning to Georgetown for any future maintenance or repairs. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Georgetown Auto! Another mechanic completely messed up installing a part on my vehicle. Jacob from Georgetown was so kind. He wanted to make sure that I was safe, and helped me save a lot of money! I would recommend this shop to any of my family and friends!
