I had an excellent experience with Ed Voyles Acura Collision service. My car was damaged by another driver. Mr Joe Zayas from Voyles met with me, explained the process (which the other (insurance company) had not done well at all), completed the estimate for the other insurance company, discussed the details of the estimate and needed repairs for me, and even drove me to the rental car agency (it is nearby, but was a nice gesture still). The Voyles group kept me informed via text periodically throughout the entire process of repairs, and contacted me as soon as the car was finished. From the friendly and efficient receptionist to Mr. Zayas’s thorough walkthrough of what repairs were done, i was very pleased with the overall experience. But beyond my expectations, the service folks left the car in better condition, And I don’t mean because they painted it. They had vacuumed the interior of the car and even reattached my front bumper better than it had been prior. They simply took great care of my car and gave really high-quality service. Can I give 10 stars ⭐️? Fantastic work!!! Thank you.
