We stopped by looking for a slip on shoe. I found the one that I wanted. Asked for help and the older lady came up and said that she didn't know where that brand of shoe was. Told me to go look in the back corner of the store. I'm like why not show me where it is. At this point I was like screw it. I won't buy anything from here. Yvonne had no knowledge about shoes. She claim she didn't know where it was. I told her well I damn sure don't know.

The manager is so rude!!! My son use to work there! She treated my son so nasty!!! She do not know how to talk to people! It’s going to always a FOR HIRE sign on the door until they get a new manager!!!!

The corporate office doesn’t help AT ALL with an issue you have. Nobody wants to shop and end up wasting money. Shopping at Shoe Dept at any location is not recommended, unless you want to waste money and have people not do their JOB in the corporate office.

“Did you find everything you need?” Not exactly I’m looking for these (showed pic)…no response…”your total is…” I found what I was looking forward and returned the shoes 15 minutes later. They would not return them without me giving them my address so they could mail me stuff. Then got “it will be 5-7 business days to get your refund.” Awful customer service. Both employees were unfriendly.
