My husband purchased a beautiful jewelry set for me, 5 years ago from their Warner Robins location, and every time I bring it to get inspected, the ladies seem to be annoyed, and in a bad mood, and they make me feel very uncomfortable.

I'd been watching this particular ring for over a year. The ring has been $300 for more than a year and the "retail" price was $600. 12/21/23 they had jewelry 50% off. Finally the ring that's been $300 for the past year is half off right.... WRONG! They raised the price to $600 and told me that has always been the price. I'm like the ring was just $300 a year ago, a month ago and even a week ago. They are very polite liars. Stay away from them.

This was my first experience using Forever Diamonds and I was very happy with it!! I brought my engagement ring in to be repaired because the band had snapped, and when we came in, Deanna was very wonderful and super patient with us and helpful in finding my information in the system. She also took a quick look at my ring and found a loose diamond that I didn’t even know about! I wanted to thicken my band as well as repair it, and not only did they do a beautiful job fixing it, it was done much faster than they had originally estimated! I’m so grateful that they took care of it so well and so quickly. I’ll absolutely come back next time I need a repair!

I have been in the Centerville location many times and today is the only time I have ever received anything less than steller customer service. We dropped off a ring to be repaired on Saturday and was told by the lady working we could pick it up on Wednesday. When I went in to pick it up today, the same lady was there. (Blonde hair, slender built, older woman.) She was extremely rude. The entire conversation was me trying my best to be polite while she was snapping questions at me. Turns out the ring wasn't there yet and she failed to tell us on Saturday that the repaired ring wouldn't be dropped off until after 6. It wouldn't have been a big deal expect I live an hour away.. Also, I would have completely understood and overlooked the misunderstanding if she had not acted like having to help me was such an inconvenience.

I love my ring and I feel as though it was reasonable. Quality only time will tell. The only thing I’m dismayed about is the day I first came in. I advised the jeweler I’ve never wore a ring before. I needed to be sized. It took maybe 5 secs and he announced a size. Thinking a ring is like a pair of shoes once you are fitted and they tell you it works out. I never knew I was to tell him it fit or not. I wasn’t even asked. I asked my size and he told me. In my head this is the professional so I went with it in confidence. Ring gets back and it’s sliding all over the place if I shook my hand it would come off. I was concerned. To only be told I have to pay $25 to resize and as he said “it’s only 25 dollars”. As if you want to waste money for other people mistakes. He may have just eyeballed my finger because he was ready to go home. Who knows?He advised customers only get one free size arrangement and he felt as though he wasn’t at fault. He said “that’s my price”. Yeah Forever Diamond may have the cheaper sizing prices and quicker than the rest maybe due to lack of business not sure. I’m not at all pleased with the integrity of the company. I hate I have to make sure I service my ring at this location. I really feel played. We could have done great business together. After this ring, I won’t be getting a single piece of jewelry from this place.

I am extremely displeased with this jeweler. I have had to drop my ring off twice in the past 4 months to have a diamond replaced in my wedding band. I just picked my ring up Monday only to find ANOTHER diamond came out two days later. I was told they were going to keep my ring longer this last time to ensure this does not happen again. Less than 48 hours of having my band back it happens again. Very frustrating!
