The only reason CVS remains in business is because they team up with insurance providers forcing people to get their prescriptions filled there or insurance will not cover it. They know people will come back regardless of how bad their service because they know most can't afford to go anywhere else. There should be some sort of law against it. I never knew how good I had it back when I could use my local pharmacy.

I have always used cvs with no issues. I went to pick up my sick babies meds. The line is wrapped around the building like always. The prescription was not ready yet. The pharmacy lady informed me it would be about 30 mins. I wait in the parking lot for it to be ready. No point in going home and unloading a sick baby to turn right back around. After 45 mins. I wait again in the extremely long line. Get my meds and leave. This is all done like any other pharmacy visit. BUT I Get home and the meds have not been mixed with water. It’s Just powder. I call. Have to leave a voice mail. Get back up there because now it’s late and I can’t afford to wait for a response because my baby has to be in bed because he is sick. I wait in another long line inside the pharmacy. And when I tell the women what has happened she smiles at me and treats me like I have no reason to be upset. What were they preparing for 45 mins?! These people are rude and irresponsible. I do not recommend using these people if you want any type of customer service. Or kindness and consideration while you or your loved ones are sick.

Prescriptions go from 90 day to 30 day every time I refill them. They send Prescription requests to my do tors even though I have refills left. Ridiculous

If I could give 0 stars I would. The pharmacist here, the older man with an accent, Is the most inconsiderate and unprofessional pharmacist I've ever had to speak to. Hes literally killing people. I had to call him for 5 days straight trying to get my medication. Not once did he offer solutions or tell me the real issue. He kept lying and telling me something wasn't on the prescription that was on it. Fast forward 4 days and someone else finally answered the phone tell me wait one minute which it was 1 minute. And was able to run the medication the name brand that I needed. As a pharmacist he should have told me this. When you become a pharmacist, you agree to a code of conduct that is that your acting in the best interest of the patient. From other reviews and from my own experience he is not acting in the best interest of the patient. He def needs training and has a bias against anyone on a controlled substance.(They have laws and database to check when and where you've gotten these prescriptions) A normal pharmacist would have checked this and seen that everything I said was the truth and that it was way past time that I was supposed to get them. I only had to switch here because my previous doctor stopped taking my insurance so my new doctor couldn't use Walmart which is what I use before. I never had a problem or had to wait more than a day for them to order my meds at Walmart. Not only did he not order the meds but he acted like I was supposed to go elsewhere and pay cash vs using my insurance. He just repeatedly lied to me basically. And kept me from getting my medication that I'm not supposed to go without. It's a daily medication that causes severe withdrawals even seizures without it. I have been on this medication for a while (9yrs)so I tried to explain to him how this works because he did not seem to understand that my pharmacy has been changed and they were going to have to order it one way or another. You can't just change your pharmacy with Medicaid. You can't just change it back it's a whole 5-7 day process. As a pharmacist I felt he should have known this. I will definitely be reporting him and this pharmacy in general to the board. They have no business working at a pharmacy messing with people and their medication that they have to have. It's unethical and it's unprofessional. Stay away from this pharmacy at all costs I will definitely be reading reviews before I change to my next pharmacy what should be in the next month because I cannot have a pharmacy where the pharmacist doesn't feel my prescription when I need it. He also refused to let me get any until my prior authorization went through. It was just always some kind of lie and excuse after my insurance done their part and change the pharmacy and approve the prior authorization. He just kept lying and saying the prescription was missing a daw1. It wasn't it was just the wrong medication being sent in. But because he kept lying we never found out till later when we finally spoke to someone else. They told me the wrong medication was being called in. Something he should have told me 2 days ago. I called they sent in the correct medication. Now I have to wait two days for them to order it after already being without for 2 days. Lucky for me I know how this process works. Could you imagine someone getting off of drugs and getting on maintaince drug and this man not letting them get their medication for a week so they go do heroin and OD. I also seen another review where he gave a woman the wrong heart medication which could have killed her. So he's literally out here killing people and cvs doesn't care. From other reviews he's been being reported for 2 years, yet he's still there? No wonder CVS is going through all these lawsuits. They told me his name is Wally esho. Not sure I believe that but that's what "they said".

This pharmacy is terrible! They gave my wife the wrong heart medication. If we weren’t paying attention, she would have taken the wrong medicine. Not only did they do this, but they then charged us for the correct medicine after charging us for their mistake. I would recommend everyone stay clear of this place. They do not care about you and put their customers at risk.

Transferred a medication from another pharmacy in order to save money with GoodRx. Went to CVS in person Wednesday (hard to get anyone on phone).I had all the information written for them to save time. The medication wasn't in stock. I was assured it would be ordered and in stock by(Good) Friday. That's today. The medication was never ordered. It's a holiday weekend. Medication won't be available until after Monday. I am now out of the medication.I am going back to Walmart, and I'm staying there.

Awful! Not friendly at all. Girl in front store is not happy about her job. It shows when you ask about a product. Not glad to help you.

Notoriously slow and incompetent. Wait 12 hours at times for 1 prescription, only to find out they screwed your insurance information. Just unbelievable!!!

This location is RIDICULOUSLY UNRELIABLE! They are always out of any an all medications, even the common ones! The excuse ranges from "we don't know when we'll have it in" to "our truck was supposed to be here today but it didn't show up". If you call to see if they have the medication in, you better have a minimum of 20 minutes for an answer! DO BETTER!
