I have been taking my fur babies to Dr. Walker for almost 16 years . She is the best vet I have ever known . Even when I moved to Gwinnett I still drove to take my fur babies there. If you want a great vet look no further. I feel so blessed she is my vet .

Words cannot express the level of care and compassion Westside gives your pet, Dr Walker is truly amazing, her dedication and care has been demonstrated to me many times over the last 10 years, Dr Walker will go above and beyond what is expected in any profession, her staff is amazing, and many are long term employees which tells me a lot. I would certainly trust Westside and recommend them.

I want to thank Dr. Walker and her staff for taking excellent care of my baby. He was very sick with multiple symptoms and also has diabetes. He was there for 3 nights until he was well enough to come home. Dr. Walker called me each day to update me in his condition and her assessment of what caused his illness. Everyone at Westside Animal Clinic was so helpful. I drive over 30 miles one way because Dr. Walker does just a through job taking care of my cats and dog. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this clinic.

I cannot say enough good things about Westside Animal Hospital and ALL the staff here. The ladies up front are always extremely pleasant and willing to help. I have two German shepherds and they are my babies, I call frequently with different questions and they are always so happy to help. They did one of my dogs umbilical hernia surgery and neuter and I knew he was in the best hands. Dr walker called me on her day off to make sure my baby was okay after ingesting acetaminophen. I honestly have never been to a better vet. I know my fur babies are in great hands. Thanks Westside!

Dr. Lisa is the only vet i trust with my babies and my foster babies! We have been going to her for years and their service and expertise is incomparable. The staff is wonderful too esp Erin and Sarah!

Several staff members were not wearing masks during a visit today. I found this very upsetting that a medical institution would be lax with public health protocols. Dr. Walker personally called to apologize that her staff created an uncomfortable environment and promised to reiterate the importance of mask wearing with her staff. Aside from this, my family has always recieved quality animal care.

Dr Walker & staff are amazing. She listened & explained treatment options & my dog is on the mend. They even followed up with a call to check on my dog. Wonderful people!!

Dr. Walker truly cares about her "patients" and their families. We had a very large bill due to miscommunication on price, and she took a personal interest in our situation and worked to make it right. She is very attentive to our pets and their needs. My doodles RUN inside to see the staff and their vet because of the love and kisses they receive while there. Thanks, Dr. Walker!

Took my baby Oliver to see Dr. Lisa Walker for the first time today. She was so nice and made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly. You can tell that the staff really care about your pet as soon as you walk in. My baby has anxiety and I was pleasantly surprised to see him let the staff handle him with no issue. Great people. Will be back for sure!

Dr. Walker has taken exceptional care of my aging Rottweiler, Callie. She is proactive, knowledgeable and very compassionate. She will spend however much time is needed answering questions and returning phone calls. The staff is super friendly, affectionate with my pup and efficient.

Dr. Lisa Walker is the BEST ever! She loves all the fur babies like her own. She always goes above and beyond and always has a smile on her face. I have known her for most of my life and she is truly one of the kindest people I have ever known. I love you, my sweet friend...Dr. Walker...and my Berkley does too!!!

I have used dr walker in the past and have been very satisfied. Today my mom came over to my house and my cat was gasping for air. To be fair it was 430 ish when she called me. I called dr walkers office to see if they could see her because she was maybe 15 minutes away. Whoever I talked to said the first available was tomorrow morning. I said she will be dead by then and hung up and started calling other vets. Luckily cedarcrest animal hospital said come now the vet will wait. Long story short her body cavity was full of fluid to the point that they said she probably wouldn't survive the night. Yes I had to have her put to sleep but at least she didn't have to suffer and die in the night. I will never use dr walker again because of this
