I came here to get my hair braided. They took a light and burnt my hair and took scissors and cut my hair very unprofessional. When I took my braids out. My hair came out more. They don’t care it’s all about the money

They never fail me. I highly recommend them. They’re the only braiding shop in Cartersville that I will go to. Once I found them, it saved me from having to drive 30/45mins away. They are very quick with their service. No matter what I get, it always takes 3 and a half hours max. I’ve been going about 5 years now and I have been saying with every service.

id thought i respond again about the small knotless braids that she tried to charge me $600 for . on the website it states $195 and up . how do you go from $200 to $600 . regardless of length or the size . her regular size of knotless would be considered large/medium . my friend just got some extra small boho knotless for $320 somewhere else so that should say alot about pricing here . & i did dispute the deposit and reported the $50 cancellation fee as fraud so yes . it would be declining because im not paying someone $80 for free when i didnt even make it past a desk . i asked for butt length first she said $580 i said then waist length she said $530 no maam . i wont be paying anyones rent with braids . you can get the same if not smaller for way cheaper anywhere else this place is unprofessional as you can see with the responses back on the reviews. take your business elsewhere . thankyou though for trying to scam someone who knows prices

0/10 wouldnt recommend, on her website it states that knotless braids start at $195 and go up, i put my appointment in and pay the $30 dollar deposit to get there and she tells me the braids i want would be $580 . ridiculous when any other braiding shop would charge $250-$300 . so i then ask her do go up a length thinkin thats the reason it skyrocketed $400 dollars she proceeds to take off $30 . i then tell her its okay and to jus cancel it , i never made it in a chair or past a desk and she was also trying to charge a $50 cancellation fee . so $80 out of me for free and you didnt even touch my head or hair . dont bother going here .

I paid a deposit and that amount was not taken off from the total. Also, my son came in with clean hair and they said it was “too straight” I am extremely confused. They told him they had to wash it again. I feel it was a way to charge more money. Very disappointed. I will be disputing the deposit.

It was my first time going to this salon for my daughter and I. I got crochet Passion Twists and my daughter box braids with curls on the end. Both were done very well. My daughter is tender headed and didn't complain at all. The facility is nice and clean. The only thing is you have to go to their website to make appointments. That was strange for me, but the young lady helped me out and answered all my questions was polite and patient. We will be using them for now on.

I normally drive to Atlanta to get my hair braided but I didn't want to take that drive today. I wanted to find a place closer and I couldn't have found a better place. I am 100% pleased with this establishment. I made my appointment after 11pm last night and I was able to get an appointment for today with no problems. When I tell you I was in and out at record timing...that's a big plus for me. I will be returning for future services. Thank you...you did an awesome job

I am a silent person and I normally don’t like being around people. Today I got my hair done and why stylist did an amazing job on my hair. She was very sweet and the place felt so homely and relaxing. The price was amazing if you go anywhere in Atlanta to get your hair done then you know you are going to pay 500 and up. This place has great prices and I will continue to get my hair done here. Thank you so much for a such a good service. I am caucasian and I had 24in tape in extensions done today Jan 3 with Diane they look amazing I highly recommend this place love the atmosphere very sweet girl will definitely go back it actually was my second visit I had teeth whitening and a jewel put on my tooth the first time so I go see her for all your braiding needs
