This pharmacy is wild. I’m not sure if the pharmacists and techs think we can’t hear them behind the counter, but nearly every time I’ve had to wait in a line (which is frequent, and I’ll get to that), I can hear them making fun of or bad mouthing customers (e.g. “She called asking for a 3-month supply, but that drug is on back order so I had to tell her ‘sweetie, that’s not how this works.’”). Every comment they make about the people they serve is derisive and condescending. There’s very little warmth, compassion, or understanding.When you finally do make it to the counter, you’ll be barely acknowledged by some sour looking worker who acts like your mere presence is an inconvenience. Their tone is always on edge and slightly annoyed, daring you to argue with them. All of this behavior is witnessed and even modeled by managers. It’s asking the world to receive even a shred of just basic customer service.Sometimes when the line forms and wraps around aisle, the cashier will use this opportunity to engage in a lengthy private conversation with a favorite customer or coworker, while the queue looks on helplessly. No pharmacist, manager, or other tech will step in to help customers. I’ve waited as long as 40 minutes in a queue of 6 people.Every experience here is unsavory. They don’t care about their customer’s time or dignity. They’re bar none, the worst pharmacy in town. I hate to say it of a Publix, but I’ve endured them for over a year and at this point, it’s masochistic.If you’re Publix corporate reading this, I hope you lay the whole team off an start anew.

I mostly only use the pharmacy. The prices for groceries are pretty higher than other stores

I switched pharmacies hoping to get better customer service and they said they would sync your perscriptions if asked. My definition of sync means all your meds will be refilled at the same time if the quantity is the same. It seems that the pharmacies definition is quite different. And customer service is something you can find in the dictionary under C and S.

Normally Publix is great all around (service, product quality, etc). This Publix is not. Deli staff DO NOT have a sense of urgency especially when there is a line. If you order online for a sub it generally isn't made UNTIL you arrive to pick it up. Produce manager needs to PERSONALLY CHECK EVERY ITEM! I have more than once found rotten and disgusting produce because they don't properly rotate their stock. Overall this store needs a lot of higher ups to come through on a more frequent basis to inspect it

What's the point of ordering online if they don't start your order until you ask for it? I'm trying to be considerate by not clogging the deli line in peak hours, but after standing for 20 minutes waiting for my order that was supposed to be finished already, I had to ask about it. They asked the name on the order and THEN started to work on it. Don't make another order option then crap on the system. *EDIT* They ended up not charging me for the sandwiches, which I appreciate. Unfortunately they tried making these so quickly once they realized I had been waiting for so long that they were gross. It looks like they tried to double the meat, but they used Publix brand when the online order was board head. They also overstuffed everything which made the sandwich go soggy. I can barely appreciate the endeavor to make it better, but it failed pretty miserably. I'll still shop here from time to time, but I think I am done with their deli service for awhile.

Warning to anyone who orders a multiple layer round cake: Don’t do it. This bakery department doesn’t know how to make cakes that stay straight. Also If I request a cake with sprinkles and no writing, wouldn’t you think that means the whole cake should be in sprinkles? Apparently not according to Publix. You even had my cell if there was any confusion you could have called me. This is the second time I get a cake from y’all and it’s like this. Never ordering one from y’all again. I could make a better one at home!

Please keep the dogs out of the grocery stores unless they are service dogs. It's too many people walking dogs around the food like it's a dog park. It's not sanitary and isn't a good look for people that have allergies. I know per your policy you can't ask whether they are service dogs or not but most service dogs are labeled. Eventually when you have everyone bringing dogs in walking around it will be Publix Dog Park not a grocery store. Also if there is an incident where a dog bite someone this will be a legal matter. Just be compassionate and considerate !
