I would give 0 stars if possible. I have had money stolen from me, overcharged and double charged simply because I added an additional line to my account. This has been the worst nightmare and it's still not resolved. I was also informed by customer service that the other store in Cartersville was closed due to them stealing money from customers and overcharging. The nightmare I'm enduring is completely unbelievable.

The guy that runs this location is a scammer. He is not reporting the full amount paid to MetroPCS. I got a new line with a free phone and was overcharged for one thing. I'm paid up for a month on my new line and now I'm being told I owe for the month and the payment is due 2 weeks later. Metropcs customer service is saying the monthly payment wasn't made even though I have receipt showing it was. I believe the guy that runs this location is skimming money and not reporting everything to Metropcs.

Store is understaffed so in the evening the wait is long. but staff are friendly.
Store mostly exells in retail, and unfortinately can not always help with problems costomers have on their apps.

I seen a deal online, but didn't really want to wait for the phone to be shipped. I went into the Tennessee St. location to see if they maybe had a similar deal. Online the phone was free, and the plan I chose was $40 a month. The lady in the store told me if I did everything in-store, that I would get the phone for free, but would end up paying $140. I told her I would go with the online deal. She said I would still have to come in to activate, get my number and pay an activation fee. I did everything online. Got my phone free, activated online, got my number and did not pay an activation fee. So if you can do it online, I suggest to do it that way. The people at this store are only out to make you spend more money than you have to.

People in this store are rude and arrogate. They treated me as though I were trash because of how i looked after getting off work. They did not answer any of my questions and i left without resolving my issue.

I purchased a ph thru metro pcs about a month and a half ago and immediately started having issues with the ph . I called store here at market place where I purchased it and they were very helpful and thought we had solved the problem . My ph continued to give me problems . So I contacted Kristi at the store on Tennessee st and she was just great . Her and Ragan were so helpful and kind and solved my problem for me . Just wanted to share and show my appreciation for them .

Kristy was there. This is who I called Saturday, since it wasn't fixed she told me to come in. Thursday is the only day I get out. So I went there, she was there. So I handed her my phone, she remembered the conversation we had. She took it and she couldn't understand why my text was coming in but no notification sound was being transmitted. So she played with it for about 20 MI Tues then it was working. Thank goodness. I live by myself and NO family in GA. So you could imagine the CALLS I was getting. I am also, let's just say NOT HEALTHY. She was pleasant and helpful. Thank you KRISTY METRO P C S
