Worst experience ever here. Went in to get some material ie wood and metal roofing. Had 3 employees go by me not asking once if I needed help. Fiught with the 2x4's cuz as usual the good wood was on the bottom. Again no help... Employees were on their phone goofing off. Went to check out the girl finally asked if I wanted help loading and I said no I don't want to interrupt the phone time from the employees.

Management is severely lacking here. Went to the store for some plumbing parts, and when asked a team member for help, they took off on a scooter and didn't return. Then had to search for another person but they was clueless and couldn't find anyone to help... frustrated I said that's ok I'll go to Home Depot. Walked by customer service and the people there didn't care either.
On the bright side Home Depot customer service and attention was spot on (should have just gone there first).

Drove there to buy a refrigerator, said online there was 1 in stock, also said on employers computer 1 was in stock. It was the floor model and won't sell it to us. Floor models should not be considered inventory if they are not willing to sell it. Drove 35 minutes to get there for them not to sell it to us.

This place is always a 5 out of 5 for me. Always helpful, always stocked, always clean. They even have a great garden center with so much selection. This location has redeemed my thoughts on lowes, I almost prefer to come here now.
