She is more like a backyard vet with no personality. She surely doesn’t care about your pets. Trying to get in so many times for emergencies that she couldn’t take me. Maybe it was good thing because some of the things she has done botched it up and made things worse. Office staff treats your pets bad. Cory she has the worst customer service. She is rude and ignorant. The place is a joke and Baird is a horrible vet. She should not be in business. Run far away from this vet if you love your fur babies.

Great, friendly staff. I love Dr. Baird, she listens to your concerns and addresses them. She does push meds or procedure on you, the pet owner, I like that.

Dr. Baird is a great, caring vet. She doesn't push vaccines on your pet , they don't need or you don't want. Staff here is great as well.

Dr. Baird is a wonderful veterinarian! We came to her several years ago from another local practice, and she was highly recommended. She pays incredible attention to detail and never makes us feel rushed when she is doing an examination. My French Bulldog is very particular about who touches him but he is always happy to see Dr. Baird and her staff. They are always polite and professional and I would not take my pets anywhere else.

My wife and I moved to Cartersville, and needed a vet. I Googled “ veterinarians near me “ and they weren't the closest, but they were close enough. Hands down the best choice I ever made when It comes to my pups!! Dr. Baird, and the whole staff, are some of the most professional, and friendliest people I've come across so far! They've treated my dogs like family since the first time we walked in the door!

Called with a injured cat! Need help fast but they said we are not taking new pet! I'm so ashamed of a vet who will not help a fur baby!wow I'm so glad I didn't use this vet! Not Love for animals!😤😤
