After I received my oil change, the oil light came on as soon as I drove off the lot. It leaked oil all over the road. I drove for about a block and turned around and took it back to jiffy lube. It turns out that they put on the wrong oil filter and it didn’t seal. They put on the right oil filter and put oil into it and the oil light went back off. But since that time two nights ago, the car is massively leaking oil and will not hold oil. This was not the case before the oil change. It has been a frustrating experience.

Horrible experience, with no care by their new manager, Greg. After stopping by the Acworth location to get an oil change, Greg, who was manager (at that time), told me I needed new motor mounts on my car. He said they could do it there, but it would take about two hours. I waited in their lobby for over two hours, and then Greg came to tell me they can't get the parts they need today, and I'll have to come back after I go buy the parts. I ordered them myself, and after they arrived a week later, I drove 25 minutes back to the shop only to be told that he's been transferred to the Cartersville location. I called Cartersville, and after finally getting an answer, the guy said my only option was to bring it there to have the mounts replaced because only he had the tool. So I drove another 30 minutes out of the way (keep in mind I'm having to drag my family through all this, too, because I have to leave my car). After arriving, he told me to come back at closing time, and they will have it done. Great! But no, after driving all the way back home, I got a call from Greg that they have my car in the bay and that he's "elbow deep in the job" but they are missing a tool they need and can't get it done until next weekend. He claims to have the tool "at his house," but taking my car back before next weekend oddly wasn't an option. I offered to go buy the tool and bring it to him now. His words are, "Oh no, it's a really expensive special tool." When I insisted, he couldn't even tell me the tool he needed. As an aside, this job only required two sockets to be completed, I ended up doing it myself with no special tools.After driving another 30 minutes back to get my car, it's very apparent that they never even brought my car into the bay, and Greg had lied. It was backed into the exact spot exactly as I left it. The parts I ordered were sitting in the front seat, unopened. This manager, Greg, wasted hours and hours of mine and my family's time on TWO different weekends, and then lied to me when he wasn't capable of doing the job. I would stay far, far away from him, as he does not operate his business in good faith.

They are under new management big difference from 8 months. They final got people who know what they are doing. I confident and please with quality oil change .

Overall I had a very positive experience. The price was reasonable. The staff, particularly the manager, were very nice and very helpful. The only knock I have against the place is the waiting area. It needs to be refurbished and needs at least a Keurig and some water. Honestly, I almost rated it four stars because of the waiting area but I felt that would be unjust to the employees.

My brakes went out on a sunday and I was able to be back on the road in 3 hours on a sunday! Exceptional customer service by Leah & James very courteous? friendly and knowledgeable. Will do all my future repairs and var servicing here.

Cracked my housing for my oil filter . I paid 1200$ to fix it and lost two days work over it .! They said there going to reimburse me for it .? We will see
