“I had a set budget planned for upgrading my wife’s engagement ring for our 25th anniversary. The super nice staff showed me several diamonds. The shape of the diamond that I really liked was substantially more than my budget. I thanked them and left. I called back several days later to ask if they could order me the same diamond but slightly smaller to fit my budget. The lady remembered me coming in. She asked if I could hold for a second. She came back on the phone and said she had talked to the owner, he advised to sell me the original diamond that I liked for the price that fit my budget. I truly didn’t call back to haggle for a reduced cost. However he reduced the cost to fit my budget because they are just good people and believe in customer service. They didn’t have to do that. But they did. That good business model is hard to come by now days. They will always have my business and I will certainly recommend them to anyone.”
