I've been waiting 5 weeks with no call back or word about what is happening with my taxes. I finally got through today and they told me to wait another week and it hasn't even been submitted yet. Will not be using this tax office again.

I came in today with one hell of a dilemma, i was greeted ( “ be with you in a moment ma’am) i didn’t get her name..she was absolutely wonderful in guiding me in what to do next.. she was the best of a human experience, so very kind and a great listener. The opposite of my Liberty tax experience 4 minutes away… Kudos to the lady in the early afternoon, i wish i got your name to give you a proper shout out! ? Thank you.

very well run office not a long wait when u have an appt. plenty of people working to help out. Kathy Menerey is a very professional tax advisor and up to date on changes with the IRS year in an year out.

H&R Block tax professional Cathy Menerey is absolutely the best at her craft. She is very knowledgeable on all current tax laws and works thoroughly to find every deduction that I am entitled to claim. She understands my unique income and expense situations and provides expert advice on tax matters that are relevant to my financial well being. I am confident that she is looking out for my best interests which gives me peace of mind about my tax liability.

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED. Cathy Is A Nice Nasty person. And if she thinks you're dumb, due to your skin color; she will decieve you. I had 401k tax papers as well as healthcare tax papers; but I was told she didn't need it or wasn't necessary to my tax return. These people are looking to make a quick 75$ from you. I made 40000 last year and I literally only got 100$ back. I've made much less and still got at least 600 back. Not with them. I think they are unethical and racist. I would go anywhere else but here. If you want to be undermined by people that have fake smiles and evil souls, go right a head. I'm sure they've preyed on other people they thought were dumb because of their skin color or educational background; or lack there of.
