Not work even stopping in. Their prices are completely asinine. Shows are all priced up to $12 for the worst quality shoes you can imagine. Seemed like a practical joke.

It has taken me a long time to write a review because I just don’t like leaving bad ones and always feel like the next experience will be better. One of my favorite things to do is shop at Goodwill, but I will never at this location again. Customer Service is very lacking and both times I’ve went to drop donations have been experiences much less than satisfactory. The first time, they refused the donation because I was 4 minutes passed drop off time, which I could understand and would’ve been somewhat okay with had their attitude not been so poor. The final straw was today when I, the customer, attempted to build a little rapport. The guy had AirPods in and after 4x of asking me what I was saying, he sighed and took them out of his ears so he could hear me. He then proceeded inform me they couldn’t take part of the donation. If you want to have a good experience, especially when donating, I recommend the Calhoun location. Every experience both shopping and donating have been great there.

No reason the dressing room should still be closed. Return policy only allows for gift cards instead of original form of payment

This is consistently a good location. Today we had some good finds and met a very professional and talented young lady who was working one of the checkout lines. Her name was Debra. Such a professional kind and welcoming associate. Goodwill is lucky to have someone like her. Thanks to management for running a very good store. We look forward to donating supporting and buying from this location for years to come.

Won’t open the fitting rooms and won’t let you return items that don’t fit. It goes on a gift card…. Won’t be coming back to this joke of a store.

Cleared out a closet of a lot of toys the littles don't play with anymore. Drop off went well and the gentleman that helped me out was very polite.

Loaded with good, clean clothes, etc. Nice staff, also.

It was pointless to come here when all six fitting rooms were closed. And then anything that doesn’t fit and is returned with a receipt has to go back on a store credit regardless. I’m not sure if those are due to company or store policies. Also, one of the cashiers didn’t put any efforts into folding the clothes before putting them in a bag. He just balled them up.Other than all of that, I’ll give the store a decent rating because majority of the staff is friendly and John, I think the manager, is very helpful and kind.

In line to drop items off and the guy working placed cones in front of our car. He then preceeded to walk off. ?♀️ We will donate elsewhere.

When are they ever going to get the dressing rooms open? And why can't you get your money back on clothes you can't try on. You have to get store credit. They put the refund on a Goodwill gift card, which they don't tell you when you ask if you can return things you have to go home and try on.

Never going back in here. There is NEVER enough help, line is always very long, cashiers take their time ringing people up. Not to mention Goodwill has gotten RIDICULOUS with the prices, I mean this stuff is donated! There are better thrift stores everywhere!

Cashier is rude! I will not be shopping here again if he is my only option to check out! He has been rude the past several times we have been there! But today was the final straw.

My daughter found a broken toy she really wanted, it was less then $1 so I thought why not. When we get to the register the cashier insinuated that I switched the price tag on it. I didn't appreciate her going on about how you would be suprised that some people switch the tags. I don't recommend going unless you like to pay for broken things and then them imply you are trying to steal. I used to love goodwill but it had really gone down hill.
