There's been some kind of issue every time. I'm not impressed. I may end up switching back to a more reliable pharmacy even though Food City pharmacy is much closer to my house.

I am so happy to be a pharmacy customer here. For over 20 years I had used Kroger and I have never been happier to have a new pharmacy at Food City! It’s not only convenient but the people are so nice there and happy to help with issues.

I switched from publix due to them being un predictable. Erika with food city has exceeded my expectations with the pharmacy. She has made getting my prescriptions so easy. Thank you Erika!!!

Would NOT recommend this pharmacy. I called to see if they had a medication in stock for my 2 year old that was sick. The person I spoke to assured me they had it. I came in a few hours later to fill the prescription and the pharmacist informed me they did not in fact have this medication and that they had been out of it for several days. I know exactly who I spoke to on the phone and she barely looked at me, let alone offered an apology. If you're too incompetent to tell me if a medication is in stock when I spelled it out over the phone, I don't think you should be working in a pharmacy. This was a complete waste of my time and even more frustrating that this was something I needed for my sick child.
