Any other experience before this one was fantastic. This experience for our 3rd purchase was difficult. Especially over the phone. But, handled when I went to the store in person. Glad, that things were taken care of and no hard feelings afterwards.

I'm loving my new rocking chair recliner. ? It is the perfect fit in my living room. I also have a washer and dryer that I purchased last year. Felecia is awesome. She assisted me both times. The delivery went smooth both times with them calling ahead to let me know they were on the way. I have had nothing but positive experiences and will continue to buy from them.

Felt like I was buying a used car. Sales person 1st then credit manager ETC. Table and chairs had to be ordered, ok with that. Once they come in I picked them and found a broken leg and damage on the edge of the table. One of the chairs was scratched also. They order another one and that table top is also damaged. The store manager wants me to accept it as it only comes as boxed set and they have to pay for a new one every time, and they will come out and fix the scratches/scrapes. I did. No one has reached out to schedule as of this date. Then there is the finance issues. I never received any statements, calls or texts saying a payment was due. They called me 5 days after the due date looking for a payment. I paid it off as we always intended to do, but they added a $25 late fee and refused to remove it. I reached out to the corporate person who is in charge of credit and never received a response. It is not the $25 as the principle of being charged when I had no way of knowing when or how pay online. I feel like they care more about the financing than their customers. BTW we found the same table and chairs for less elsewhere. I will not be back.

Worst place to buy furniture from, i will no longer shop here, the customer service is very none satisfactory, and over all experience has been very negative. This location needs to be shut down immediately….

Felicia is the rudest person there. They have called me multiple times in a row for someone else's purchase . I've asked every time to remove me from their list. I will not and have not ever bought anything here and yet they treat me like garbage. These people are so inconsiderate and rude. Called me 3 times in a row on a Saturday.I asked for a manager and there isn't one there. She continued to interrupt me . I am reporting them to the BBB!

I gave them 2 stars because the employee was lovely. However, this place is way too expensive! They are taking advantage of the scarcity of choices due to the lack of stores in this county. Word of advice, be careful how much you hike up your prices because this town is growing and you will have competition. People have a LONG memory.

The only reason I’m giving one star is for the nice young lady that initially helped me. They truly deserve no stars. I bought a table and chairs here a week ago and the young lady helping me was very nice but I had to wait in the middle of the store until the manager was off the phone before I could even go over to try to pay for the table and I waited over 20 minutes just for him to get off the phone where I could approach the counter to pay and there was no one at the counter or in the store for this entire experience. She kept holding her hand up for me to wait and not approach which was strange. He was obviously upset about some thing and so rude and it was the most unfriendly atmosphere I have ever experienced trying to make a purchase. I called after picking up my table and chairs, It’s still in a box wanting to return it because I was unhappy with it and the salesman that answered the phone was so rude to me. There was no return policy, I was not aware of that and I should’ve asked that before I purchased it but I was in a hurry that day, and that was my mistake, it was my mistake ever even walking in here. He literally told me well you didn’t ask about the return policy and they had no return policy and I should of asked that, and I said the customer is always right even if they are not, I can’t believe your speaking to me this way, I’m not upset about the no return policy, it how he talked to be and treated me. He said that’s a big misconception, customer’s are not right he didn’t care basically and I told him I couldn’t believe he was speaking to a customer that way, and he literally hung up on me the rudest people I have ever encountered in Sales I would not go here for anything they don’t deserve your money or your time

Super freindly staff and its good and clean. Good selection too but seems a little more on the formal side when we were looking for more comfort for a family room.
