Disappointing AM visit. Doughnuts & baked goods’ looks exceed taste. Also, cashier took more time explaining kitchen problems that would delay us than actually took. And then, my order wrong. Sigh.

Disappointing morning visit. Doughnuts & baked goods look better than they taste. Also, I think the young, flighty cashier took more time explaining various kitchen problems that would delay us than it took to actually get the food. And then, my order was wrong - they’d charged for & made a more expensive item. Sigh. To their credit, they quickly remade to get me the pancake wrap & let us keep the wrong item. Then, I noticed they hadn’t included the dipping syrup. I asked the same cashier - she took a brief glance at the containers behind counter & said in a sort of whine, “I think we’re out of that.” First Dunkin’ visit in years & sadly, I’m reminded why.

The worst Dunkin around. Do yourself a favor and drive 20 minutes to Acworth. Because this store is just terrible!

I’d give zero stars. There’s a guy there works morning shift I believe he is a manager named Bert who is just very rude and unnecessarily rushing both customers and his own employees. All the employees seem unhappy when he is there and are also just as rushy when he’s there. I’m not the type to get the same thing every day , yet every single time I stop at this Dunkin and look at the menu for ANY amount of time when he is on shift I am rushed and my first interaction resulted in the man walking out of the back of the restaurant and telling me “If I don’t know what I want come inside” even though I was just trying to order some donuts with my coffee and wanted to know what was available and there wasn’t any donuts on the menu so I asked what they had available at the time. He told me I should already know what they have even though they don’t always have every kind of donut and they definitely don’t have donuts on the menu at all. I even asked the girl at the window why I get rushed every time without fail and she proceeds to just take the next order because to me she felt pressured by THE SAME MAN to take the order as quick as possible. Then Bert hands me a single bag with some hash browns after paying $20 and asks if I had any drinks. Like he is clearly not fit for his position ESPECIALLY if he is anyone’s manager. I’ve worked actual fast food at many different restaurants and had many different managers who would push drive times but this is something different. You never should be rude to customers under any circumstances and it’s also one thing to request we come inside , it’s another to come out the back door on me when you literally had just opened at about 6:15am and nobody was behind me in line and I hadn’t been there more than a couple minutes. This is the worst experience I’ve had as a customer at any kind of restaurant since it’s been multiple times coming through and dealing with the same guy and seeing how he treats people.

Awful experience just now at drive through. The girls there have an awful attitude. I had never been there before and was asking questions. She seemed annoyed I was asking the pricing as it wasn't even on the menu neither were the price of donuts nor the flavors of donuts. When I asked how much she told me to look on the screen, twice. The letters were small and everything was confusing to me. I finally jad to ask her to just tell me. Then she said they were out of every flavor donut that I couldn't buy a dozen of mixed I'd have to only buy originals. So based on the attitude and lack of food , I will not be taking my business there or recommending. There's no need to get annoyed by a simple question. It wasn't busy there were no cars except me in drive through. It needs better service with employees that are friendly and helpful and fresh donuts.

This place is drive through only so the line wraps the building they constantly mess orders up this location needs a good manager the one here isn't very good at her job the staff run around hectic not a great

They forgot one of our coffees and a donut, the coffee was only original with cream, so nothing fancy and it's the worst coffee I've ever had. I don't even know if there was coffee in there, it tastes like water with cream. How does a place known for coffee mess up regular coffee!???

I love Dunkin’ let’s get that straight. I don’t love when I order a coffee and it is 3/5ths liquid and the rest foam. Definitely not happy you guys always do this to me and my wife ALL THE TIME. Employees were in their own world playing around, but no smiles toward the customer or customer service. Made it a pretty dreary experience. Pretty true for most places though, customer service just doesn’t exist anymore.
