Switched, from Metro to Cricket because I was told how good they are but that's not the case the service sucks it takes forever loading web pages and calls cut in and out, metro was much better and cheaper.

Was having issues with my phones speaker went in to look into a new phone the young man was polite and friendly and also a bold face liar he kept telling me a better newer phone and kept saying it was the 2024 stylus phone I had the 2023 he gets it all set up I leave the store and in the next few days start putting my things back into the phone the phone Said I was low on memory I had a 128g with only about 62 gigs used as i began to look 1 the phone is the wrong kind it a s5s phone 2 it has only 64g memory have set on the service line on 4 different occasions 15+minutes only to be cut off it is a shame that a customer of 8+years to have to go elsewhere over complete and utter malarkey

Katie and Alexis were wonderful. Im new to cartersville and I went on Christmas Eve to get a phone for my daughter and they were so helpful and sweet. They both helped me out with finding the perfect device and accessories for my 10 yr old! Thanks again ladies!!

The young lady with glasses named Karishma? Was VERY rude and rushed us through everything also at the end charged us for the WRONG plan. Was not helpful at all and when I asked for the store manager she gave me a hateful attitude and refuse to get him. Now I’m having to go to corporate about all this. So if Alex the store manager would give me a call or reply back. That be great!

Horrible customer service.This makes the 2nd time I went to pay my bill and they were closed during business hours.My husband had to show his ID to pay today.Worse customer service ever.

I was trying to pay my phone bill. Went to Cricket to use the wifi to make it faster, as the app said it had to be updated before paying to be sure it went through. Ugh! The guy working at the Cricket store had to put in the password on my phone for the guest wifi. Really didn't like the fact that someone I don't know had to have access to my phone. I should be able to put in a password for the guest wifi, when I am a customer. Then it took,I don't know how many tries, for the payment to go through. I have always been thoroughly pleased with Cricket, but lately I am not getting the service I used to receive. Reception has not been as good either.

I went there with an issue and left with that issue. The young lady really did not care about the problem at all. She never got off of her stool and sipped a giant drink the entire visit. I said "my only option is to get a new phone and change to a new carrier.. ". Her response was "yep". We have been customers with cricket for several years... I will be spending money elsewhere... Gave them 1 star because zero is not available.
