If I could give less than 1 start I would and it would be -1! The bank manager there is rude or prejudice I don’t know which, but his attitude towards me was unwarranted, very disrespectful, and unprofessional. He made me feel like a second class citizen and I asked if I could cash a money order that I purchased at Walmart, I had the receipt and I had not yet filled out who the money order and I was told that I could NOT cash it there! I will be closing my account as soon as possible!

So I had to call them to get a replacement debit card. I was put on hold and never even got to speak to a real person, for over 20 minutes. Then they hung up on me for no reason? I think the way they handle their phone calls is highly unprofessional.

I need a Bank that is actually open. Closed Friday, closed Saturday, drive-thru closed, inside close because of covid, no automatic remote deposit option on my business account, ATM deposit made a month ago hasn't been deposited yet. Constantly locking me out of my online account because I need to change password yet never sends a email or any messages via text or app to do so.I went with a smaller bank because I wanted better customer service, so much for that. I don't control when I get sent checks, and everyone wants to nickle and dime you for electronic transfers.

Bank Ozk is a fine bank if you always want to go into the bank. If you wish to use mobile banking, do NOT bank here. They think $2500. is an acceptable limit for mobile deposits and go out of their way to be unhelpful. The call center tells you the bank manager has to approve a higher amount, and the bank manager tells you she needs someone else’s approval. Be advised, I have banked here for 6 years, with no issues, there is more in the account than I was trying to deposit, and I was willing to accept a hold on the check (which the manager never mentioned until I did). If all you need is a small-thinking bank, this may work for you. Oh, just FYI, I mobile-deposited the check into my USAA account with no problem and funds were available immediately. If you have access to USAA…I highly recommend them.

I have been with this bank for many years. Their staff are always very helpful and friendly. The fraud alert is excellent, and has saved me money by catching unauthorized activity before I even knew it had occured. And I have never had any surprise fees that I have experienced in the past with other banks.n

Thank God I don't bank with these people. I went in with my dad and they were rude. Unless you've got a ton of money these people don't care to be friendly or helpful. Switch to Family Saving Credit Union, they are friendly and super helpful.
