This morning, we found a kitten that had been abandoned and was severely injured. We called around desperately seeking a vet to evaluate the kitten. Although the office had no openings, they were kind enough to see us immediately. The kitten had to be euthanized but I will never forget the kindness shown to us.

I have used Dr Moore for almost thirteen years for my dogs and cats. I have ALWAYS been 100% satisfied with the professionalism, kindness and thoroughness of both the doctor and the staff. You can tell a good office when there's not a lot of turnaround. And the staff has been steady for the entire time that I have been seeing them. My satisfaction and gratitude for this vet and his staff has not been any stronger than recently when I lost My oldest dog. This could have been and was very sad for me And my daughters, but the handling of the whole situation by Dr. Moore, the respect that his staff showed me and my family at the end of my doggy's life and the respect and kindness they showed my Rex in his final moments was touching, and I am eternally grateful!

Dr. Moore and his staff are fantastic. They took great care of my old poodle when she was attacked - and took care of all of my (now 5mo) old lab's puppy care. Dr. Moore is incredibly knowledgeable and one of the friendliest vets I've met. With my lab being in school for mobility service work, it's important his joints develop correctly, which means delaying neutering. Dr. Moore even suggested doing so and wasn't pushy in any way. Prices are also fair!

Let me tell you how wonderful these people were to us and our sweet pup. She was sick for going on a week. Tried 2xs to get her into her vet. They couldn't see her. Ended up at a urgent care off Chastain on a Friday night, to take her home with us, with odds not looking so great. That Saturday was the 2nd time I called her vet of almost 8 years but still couldn't get her in. Called this vet and they squeezed our precious pup in, no questions asked other than hearing she is really sick! Dr Moore was up front and very honest with us. After her staying and us all having make the decision that nobody ever wants to have to make, Dr. Moore took care of everything and was with us every step of the way. Even though our poor sick pup had to be put to sleep, I could never ever say Thank you enough for the compassion this place had for our dog that was not even their patient. We have now moved our dog and fathers cat to his office due to great respect and just out right all around great people in the whole building!

Dr Moore saved my Daisy she was facing a serious illness most dogs do not survive, but he took the chance and spent the time with her and the medication basically keeping her nourish and alive for nearly 4 days 4 1/2 days and she has bounced back nearly 100% and we can’t thank him enough when other veterinarians in the area did not have the time Veterinarians that we have always used for all of our pets suddenly was sorry we just don’t have an opening or time to see her, but he immediately took her in for treatment. He is an amazing Veterinarian in person. I also wanted to say while I have no idea on the standard Veterinarian cost I know some of it can be expensive, but I feel that the prices here were extremely reasonable hit the pocket, but it didn’t break the bank and his care and compassion was worth every penny, he made a phone call to me every single day informing me on her recovery and condition when he was comfortable with her recovery, he released her back into my care with a little food and medicine to make her home recovery complete.

Helped my friend bring their sweet but sometimes difficult dog in. The staff was friendly prices were fair and it was a very welcoming environment to both pets and parents.
The parking lots a little smaller but not difficult to navigate.
Also the veterinarian is very knowledgeable and seems to really care about the pets in his charge.
10/10 would definitely recommend.

I'm new to the area and needed a vet for my elderly mastiff. Dr. Rick Moore is wonderful! He called me every morning and evening to check on my baby boy- and was just as concerned with his mental health as he was his physical health. Highly recommend

Called to het a qoute for a 1 view xray..they said 120 for visist and exam and she refused to give a price for the xray, and she claimed to be the one who does the pricing. All they wantd was 120 then a sky high cost for treatment thinking I'm locked in and price won't matter. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS AND VALUE YOUR MONEY
