Sat in the drive thru for 30 mins waiting to cash my check while the bank teller socialized with the customer talking about cooking dinner an etc so after waiting all this time I finally decided to go In because I had to go to work! A the teller inside was very rude ! An at first persisted to tell I had just opened my account the day before a the. Going back in forth about me having my account for months she finally sees I guess an starts speaking about my account balances in front of everyone as if relevant… I was very upset about the whole experience an will NEVER use this bank again!

The branch is seldom open and the drive through window is usually very slow; however, the staff is nice. The reply from Wells Fargo is silly, they know the lobby closes frequently. Understaffed.

Got there 12 05 pm , to open an account for my son waited till 1 05 before some lady came to us and telling me its appointment only no one in an hour approach to us than she said wait 15 minutes more i might open your account , what the hell i left and went to BOA took me 2 minutes to get someone why we here for next 3 minutes we was with manager opening account and left BOA within 20 minutes.thats call service not WELLS FORGO providing very poor service, very disappointed

After having a distasteful "delay" with opening a business account, the branch manager and business account rep called me and followed up in a very quick timely manner. I was of course wanting to open up the account when I wanted to open it, but their communication with me after the phone rep scheduled me to meet with an employee that's no longer working at that branch, the manager communicating with an available employee and that employee calling me to get everything ready for me before I met with her is respectable!I have to put my pride aside and realize they're operating within a corporate structure and they're able update me even though the corporate side had old information.

Would give zero stars but there isn't an option for that. I come here every single day as we have a business account with this branch. After waiting in lines for sometimes an hour or more for months today was the icing on the cake. Stayed in line, guy at the window took my deposit bag and never even did the transaction. The lady I just spoke with said "miscommunication". Not sure how handing a deposit bag to the teller telling him I need to make a deposit gets "miscommunicated" as to "lets just hand her the bank bag back and not complete this transaction". This location needs to go ahead and shut the doors. I've never seen a business run so poorly in my entire life. After today our business account will be moved. Literally the worst bank I've ever done business with.

For over 6 months now this bank always has their lobby locked and has lines that will cause a wait of at least an hour. we have been members of this bank for over 10 years now and like a lot of Americans my husband and I are living paycheck to paycheck and for the past 10 years we have gotten our paychecks cashed here at our bank that we are actually members of and they have had no problem with cashing our check when there is not that available amount in our account. Today we sat in line at the Carrollton location for an entire hour only to reach the window and have the cashier tell us that she was preparing our check and even asked us how we would like our check return to us do we need it broken down in any type of way then proceeded to have a manager come to the window to tell us that I'm sorry we cannot cash your check today because you do not have that available amount in your account keep in mind this account is not overdrawn and has not been for an entire 10 years we have been with them I was blown away by the poor customer service and the fact that we have stuck by them through the entire labor shortage and continued to deal with the long lines and extreme wait times. They have never turned us away and refused to cash one of our payroll checks and the day before Christmas Eve knowing that we needed our money. I am so disappointed and cannot stand the fact that I am disgusted enough to want to end my long-term relationship with this bank. Sorry Wells Fargo but the way you treated us today was the worst experience I've ever had and the most embarrassing experience I've ever had with a bank. You guys really need to get your priorities together and treat your customers like the family that you promote. The managers have absolutely no customer service skills and zero respect for their long-time customers think again guys before you ever join Wells Fargo!

This is getting ridiculous Wells Fargo. I’ve been trying to get into a branch for the last 6 months to handle some business, which (I’m told by both drive through as well as customer service on the phone) cannot be handled through the drive through. I have driven to 3 different “local” branches which include Carrollton, Villa rica(25miles away one way) and Douglasville (45 miles away one way) and none have been open for Lobby service. I guess Wells Fargo just doesn’t want to do business anymore. Attempting to not only take a loan out but also open another personal account, possibly even opening a business account as well as deposit a large check… so now what Wells Fargo? Manager or owners or regional directors are not doing their job..Get someone in the branch!!! I’m so over this, seriously considering and looking at another bank. Absolutely unacceptable!

Again can't give below 1 star. I've banked with them for 14 years checking, savings, loans, credit card, etc. But because my new job doesn't have direct deposit they now charge me monthly service fee. Carrollton branch is never open any more to walk in on Saturday and today I sat in drive through for 52 minutes. Their phone service takes forever now and that's if you get someone on the phone. I'm now reviewing other banks.

This is the poorest excuse for a bank with the sorrest customer service both at location and on the phone was told I could just drive 70 miles round trip back tomorrow if they had anyone come in That could process my transation I would have to just wait to see if not then it's not on them I can pay the extra cost and was told by customer service we could talk about it till the cows come home but they wouldn't help me till someone decides to come to work to do there job they only have 1 person per location no back ups won't ever do anything with this place again I only give 1 star because 0 isn't a option

Slower than any other bank I’ve used I don’t know why they don’t staff more employees when they clearly have the business to necessitate it
