Woke up to find out; There was a disconnect outage on my cable and WiFi I called customer service and they said( it was going to be a while) well because the service outage didn’t last over 4 hours I wasn’t going to be credited; that’s not acceptable!! It was an inconvenience, you could have at least gave me a discount for the month..because it lasted 3hours and 30ty min.. I couldn’t even get a discount for the month..no no don’t ask me to do your survey.. unsatisfactory 00000

IF I CAN GIVE THEM 0 STARS OUT OF 5 I WOULD. I was on the phone with spectrum trying to port out my number. LET ME JUST SAY THIS IT took 5 hours !!!! IT SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS LONG. IM GLAD THE REP AT THE MALL WAS VERY PATIENCE AND HAD MANNERS

Spectrum cable tv internet wifi.home phone wireless phone they have it all. The employees are friendly and nice and helpful the place is very clean you have to wear a mask to cover your mouth.

Paid $70+ dollars on Saturday to start service and pick up WiFi box. Was told to wait until Monday. Came Monday, and the employees at THIS location didn’t have it, were very curt, and said they were getting a truck tomorrow and to try that??? Terrible service and customer service!

The worst service I have ever experienced in the world. They send a technician over who diagnosed the problem with my wifi wrong, and went on to promise a secondary technician would come to finish the job, but he never came.customer service also said the problem would be resolved by the morning but again that never happened. Just for me to call customer service for probably the 7th time to figure out MYSELF that all I had to to was change the modem(a 5 min free fix )
