I walked in looking for some eyebrow gel, but I wasn’t sure if Sally’s sold this so I asked. Worst decision. Holly told me I should go to Ulta because they sell makeup, and Sally’s doesn’t. Okay. My brother and I both recently got perms so I asked her if there was any products she could recommend for perm care. She informed me that she wouldn’t know because she doesn’t use their products because her daughter works at Aveda. She also told me she doesn’t recommend getting a perm because it would kill my hair. Overall, I was looking for help with products, and I got zero help and felt like she really didn’t want customers or want to work there.

Everytime I go everyone is always nice and welcoming. I listened to the lady that worked there and followed her instructions and my hair was so amazing and not damaged even with my curls. This location is top tier.

I went in this afternoon between a level 7-8 bleached hair, and when the worker asked what I was looking for. I told her I wanted a toner to even out the pale orange tones in my hair. She immediately brushed off my idea, saying no toner would work for my hair at the level I had it. She then continued to follow me around the store, and tell me everything I pointed at was wrong. Explained to me through and through how her daughter was a stylist, and she knew better. So I took her advice on the color I should use, to achieve something close to what I want. The PALE ORANGE TONES OUT OF MY HAIR! What she suggested not only turned my hair brown, but a bright ginger brown. Exactly the opposite of what I asked for. If I would’ve been left alone to grab what I was originally there for, my hair would’ve toned to a dirty blonde. Instead, I’m stuck with this brunette ginger mess. I’d definitely wave the workers off when coming into this store. I’m beyond disappointed, and probably won’t be spending my money here again.

I loved the products the store had.. I have only been in a Sally Beauty store a few times.. So I’d decided to check this one out cause I’ve been wanting to dye my hair. I’m no expert by any means when it comes to picking out things. So, I wanted to dye my bangs blonde and I haven’t had trouble in the past before when doing it. Going from brown to blonde… I had a platinum blonde in my hand and she told me that wouldn’t work and handed me a high co blonde and said do this with a 30 volume … and I seriously thought she knew what she was talking about… I put my trust in this worker cause she was very confident and now I’m sitting here at 8pm crying cause my hair barely did anything. It just looks completely awful.. i followed directions and applied sections evenly and even used the purple shampoo.. she even told me to stay away from what specific brand or purple shampoo oh and that purple shampoo is better than the purple conditioner… she just seemed like she really knew what she was talking about, I mean no hesitation… and yet she was completely wrong. I wish I knew her name, it doesn’t have it on the receipt .. but I do know for a fact that she should not give out advice when it comes to hair products like she did. Usually I grab a box of hair dye and just go for it and if it ends bad I know it’s my fault … but for a lady who just acted like she knew it all and knew exactly what she was talking about and pushed me in a certain direction to buy specific hair dye and other reproduced to achieve the results I wanted .. and then be wrong … just sucks. I’ll never trust another Sally beauty worker that’s forsure.

Bought wahl cordless clippers that cost 177 dollars they had a 30 dollar coupon, after a month they will not keep a charge they are the Seniors with 5 stars on the box, thinking I'm getting top of the line brand. Sally's who I've done busy with for decades says we DO NOT take ANY returns, will not do business with a company that don't stand behind their products. Buyer beware never knew they don't do returns

My favorite location. Employees always suggest new products and always try to solve any hair issue I'm having. I love the natural hair care aisle! Sometimes I stop in simply to see what new products are available. The store is neat, clean and organized. Also having a Sally card is a bonus to receive special coupons and discounts.

The staff are amazing each individual that works at the store has their own unique look and their area of expertise, they're very friendly and will always be ready to help you achieve the look you want for your hair. One person is in love with color theory these ladies know their stuff and can match you up to a shade that looks great on you, their products are affordable, salon powerful. Whatever you need they'll hook you up!
