Best shopping experience I’ve ever had with a salesman. Kadeem was a pleasure to work with, took the time to explain the different mattress’s and really worked to come up with our best option and closed the deal with us. I highly recommend Kadeem if you are interested in buying a new mattress.

This was our first time mattress shopping so we had no idea what to expect and Melissa exceeded everything! She took the time to actually find out what would work best for us and did not rush us through the process. All 3 Staff members that day were super nice and welcoming (Labor Day)

From the moment they opened the door they were warm and friendly as well as professional. Our sales gentleman had the best smile ever and knew the answer to my every question. I was impressed with the knowledge he was able to share. He did not rush me and insisted I take all the time I needed. From the door opening to the final signature it was a pleasure and I can't wait to sleep in my new bed !

As soon as my husband and I walked in we were immediately greeted and felt right at home. We were able to leave with a new mattress that very day. We ordered pillows and due to us moving before we were able to get them in they were wonderful with finding a location near by my new place to have them shipped to for pick up. Will definitely be using Mattress Firm again for all my mattress and bedding needs.

My wife and I arrived at the store on Saturday evening not really sure which mattress was right for us. Kadeem was there and walked us through all our questions and helped us find the perfect one for us. He took ample time to explain the warranty and replacement / return policy and scheduled the delivery for us. Thank you Kareem for making buying a mattress actually a pleasant experience.

My husband and I went into the store looking for a specific mattress I saw online. Our sales rep (Kadeem), was very helpful and made sure we fully understood the specs and the warranty that came with our choice. I loved the attention he took to make sure our needs were meet and we were satisfied with our purchase. Start to finish a great experience. Amazing experience and will shop at the store again. I went in to replace a mattress that is less than 2 yrs old. Hoping to find great holiday deals and it was a success. I was looking for a medium plush feel mattress that has great support, soft, and helped with back pain. Not one that made me feel like I was sleeping on a rocky ground. Although I paid a lot more than expected, I walked out purchasing an adjustable bed that felt like I was laying on a bed of clouds! Hours later and I don’t have buyers remorse. On top of everything delivery on a holiday! A++ to Melissa, an amazing Sleep Expert at the Carrollton, Ga store! I can’t wait to get my new bed and finally have a peaceful and restful nights sleep.
