I've had a couple of jobs on my jeep done by Rob and his crew. Always gets me in quickly, top quality work and at a great price. Both times I went to another 4 wheel drive shop and was quoted triple what Crazy Nae's did it for. Highly recommend for any Jeep work you may need.

Rob and his guys did an excellent job removing some after market steps for me. I didn’t have an appointment but they took care of it right away and with it being close to closing time on a Friday they put Customer service first. This place does all things Jeep making them a SME. Thanks Rob, I’ll definitely be back!

Crazy Nae's, Rob (owner) in particular is top notch! I've owned and own several jeep wranglers. Another one of them developed the common lifter tick. I spoke with Rob who made me feel confident he knew jeeps. His price was very reasonable and he was quick with the repair. He even went the extra mile and corrected the wiring disaster under the hood from the previous owner.
I would recommend Crazy Nae's to anyone. He's not just repair and maintenance, Rob offers top notch stereo installs, full rebuild, engine swaps, etc. Give him a call for anything jeep!

I would avoid this shop at all costs, they do flea market work at extremely high prices. Then act as if the me the customer was the problem.

The office staff and mechanics were honest and professional thru out our service. This was one of the best auto mechanic experiences I've ever had, I got a fair price and no pressure to fix additional issues at the time of service. Owning a Jeep when I’m not necessarily a mechanic (I don’t even like working on cars) is not an ideal scenario. And let’s face it, a Jeep tends to always need something fixed, or you are gonna want to add personal touches that require some expertise. Finding a dependable mechanic, particularly one you can trust, is no easy task. But my experience with Crazy Nae’s Jeep Wave took the pain out of that side of things. The fact that they specialize in Jeeps, as their name would suggest, was a bonus. Rob, the owner, is a strait shooting and no nonsense guy. He took the time to listen to my thoughts and concerns. Then he gave several options that fit my style and budget. He also gave me ideas for modifications to consider down the road. I had a new top installed, brakes, suspension work, and other random maintenance tasks. Everything met my expectations. Oh, and the job was completed on time. A+ service. I’ll be back.

Just picked up my Jeep, had a list of maintenance repairs that needed to be done. I’m very happy with the service and turn-around-time. Staff was outstanding and are definitely Jeep experts. And they’ve got some really cool Jeep projects in the works. Cudos to Rob and his staff.

This was one of the best auto mechanic experiences I've ever had. The management of this garage truly cares about their customers in a way that I haven't experienced before. The repair was fast, reasonably priced, expertly done, and delivered on time for my daughter's drive back to college. And besides, they're total Jeep people! Please do not hesitate to take your Jeep here, despite the fact that they're Alabama fans.....go Gators!

I brought my 05 Wrangler here after another shop did poor suspension work and left me with major death wobble. Rob was attentive, communicated frequently and thoroughly (including photos of what he was finding) and repaired my jeep quickly. He made sure a member of his team rode with me on a test drive before paying to make sure I was satisfied with his work. It's riding great and is now safe on the road thanks to his team. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Crazy Nae’s is awesome! They figured out the issues with my Jeep quickly, and had fair prices. They also fought for my repairs to get fixed by my extended warranty. My Jeep is back to running like it used to!

I had an amazing experience at this shop! I walked in on a Friday afternoon with a serious issue with my Jeep Wrangler, which had only 16k miles. Rob didn't hesitate to diagnose and solve the problem. I am grateful for their quick and efficient service and I will never take my Jeep to any other shop. This shop is truly a rare find these days! After a very long and frustrating situation with a 3rd party warranty and a different shop, we finally took our Jeep to Crazy Nae’s and they were absolutely incredible. They diagnosed our JK quickly and correctly and did all the leg work with the warranty company. They got our JK fixed promptly and got it back to us as quickly as possible! We are so thankful for Crazy Nae’s and couldn’t recommend them more to any Jeep owner! We are now back on the trails and road with our Jeep because of them! Thank you!!!
