Absolutely fantastic customer service.
After visiting a large jewelry chain store & felt mislead about the pricing & sizing, we went to Canton jewelers. Not only did we get a beautiful ring for about $400 less than the chain store, sizing was included in the price & only took an hour, not a couple of weeks.

It can be hard to trust a new jeweler with precious items that cannot be replaced. My experiences with Ali at Canton Jewelry only began a few months ago, but all have been excellent. I was gifted a gorgeous cross necklace from Canton Jewelry that is incredibly unique and so pretty. He creates beautiful pieces as well as repairs your treasures perfectly. I will continue to take my items to him and trust he will do a magnificent job.

I brought in two rings, one to resize and one to repair the shape as it was bent. They had it ready for pick up the next day and made my pinky ring look like NEW! Before and after pictures of that ring and my new resized ring included. Very impressed.

Always super nice and helpful. I've gone here for several years for watch repairs and battery replacements. They also have a very nice selection of jewelry and watches.

I left something to be engraved. The store sent me a message that it was ready and they were open until 6 PM. They were closed when I got there at 5:55, so now I have to make another trip to pick it. I won't use them for any further business. Extremely disappointed.
