Recommend you use someone else. Stopped by because my tire inflation light came on. Asked to repair tire and rotate tires while at it, Have retiring from the automotive industry I know the importance of getting this done right away. What I thought was strange at first was that awork order was not filled out, they didn't even ask my name. After a 15 minute wait, my truck was taken into the shop. Another 20 minutes go by, still no work order, I thought to myself small town they do things different. My truck is pulled out of the shop. I was asked if I was paying cash. I acknowledged I was, the owner informed me that there nothing wrong with my tire and the rotation was done, my bill was $60.00 even. I asked for a receipt, he acted annoyed and said my bill would be more because he have to charge me shop supplies and tax. I left but checked my tire monitor, the tire that was low on right front should have been moved to the rear but the tire was still on right front and now at 45 psi in order to turn the tire light off. The other tires are at 32 psi. My tires are new never had been rotated but when I had the tires mount ed when purchased I had them placed on the truck per the weight it took to balance them. I checked their location, never rotated. I could not go back because I have no work order or receipt, rookie mistake! I hope this helps

Took my 2013 gmc sierra in for wheel alignment and check engine light. They told me the engine light was a misfire I asked which cylinder. They could not tell me which one or why. I just installed new lower ball joints and both sides inner and outer tie rods. After installing these parts myself the truck drove straight but still needed aligned. Dropped my truck off at 8 am picked it up at noon. Withing a couple mile my truck was pulling hard to the right. So I returned to the shop to have them redo their work. I also asked for the print out of the alignment. They argued with me stating the truck drives fine and that their alignment machine does not print or save the previous work completed. I convinced dylan the guy at the counter to go for a ride. After the short drive he agreed it was pulling and needed to be redone. I asked him to take a picture of the screen on the machine when the were done. I left the truck with them and came back shortly after 5pm to pick it up. Again my truck pulled to the right. I returned once again asking that they fix it.i looked at the picture of the alignment after my truck was completed and explained to the why it was pulling. They argued with me again and so I asked for a refund of my money. They proceeded to tell me I'm stupid dont know what I'm talking about and then they called the police. I was put in hand cuffs and placed in the back of the police car. The officer released me about a half an hour later then asked me what could be done to satisfy my complaint. I said fix my truck right or refund my money. He was kind enough to give me the owner's name and number. The next day I called and spoke with the accountant lady due to the owner being sick. She contacted the owner and he refused to do anything about the poor work on my truck and also refused to refund my money.Services: Check engine light diagnostic

I had a set of tires mounted and balanced. Good service paid $20 per tire there is a $5 charge for tire disposal. Had to return next day to have tire pressure sensors programmed and placed in rims.
