Drop deck trailer for 3 years .1st year cylinder broke but thank goodness Barry took care of it . 3rd year axle broke …no answer from Barry and the guy in parts received picture and model of my trailer it’s been a month or two still haven’t heard back … looking to buy a 14k drop deck but now considering a different company

I ordered an Anderson utility trailer last September and it took 6 months to get it. Had it for a month and the paint is pulling off it. I contacted the place I purchased from about the problem and no one will help. Anderson trailers are built cheap and no customer service. Been 3 weeks and Anderson Manufacturing has still fixed the trailer. The dealer has sent all the pictures and information to them and they refuse to fix the trailer. Buyer beware .

Over the past 10 yrs I have bought 3 Anderson trailers. Recently I needed a part for the tarp on my dump trailer. A simple set collar with a large washer welded to it. $20 part. I took my trailer to the plant to buy the correct part. I was told by the parts manager that they do not sell parts. I would have to buy the whole tarp system for $800. The tarp system on the trailer was new and the set screw was not tightened properly when it was assembled so the part fell off. You would think that would be covered under warranty. Nope! I asked if they had an old one laying around that I could buy. Didn't care about the condition at this point. Again the answer was nope! I left the plant with no solution. I have never had any issues with their trailers. Horrible customer service. With our business expanding I just ordered a new 16' high side dump trailer. It was not an Anderson. I will never buy another Anderson. $20 part........

I bought a 40ft Anderson and from the very beginning had problems with it. The rear axle wheels came off going down the highway in South Carolina. Anderson refused to warranty it. The trailer breaks never worked correctly come to find out the breaks were never hooked up on the rear axle. Again in Virginia the wheels came off going down the highway. Dexter axles replaced the rear axle after two weeks of sitting at a shop.. When the truck and trailer mechanics got the trailer going they all said “ sell that POS immediately “
