Ive had this bank for about three year now and can honestly say this is the best customer service experience I’ve ever had with any financial institution. I’ve been in multiple Bank OZK branches and every one I go to treats me like my hometown branch. Great folks and zero money issues or discrepancies so far ?

This morning (6/15/23) I treid to open an account to buy a 5 figure CD and possibly a checking account. Rather than go to a branch, tried opening an account on line. First I used my mac with Firefox browser. Got as far as my ZIP code which it said was invelid. I've lived here for 27 years. Then used my Windows laptop and got as far as my account funding source. No answer could get me past the greyed-out NEXT button. With me, a company's technology reflects their competence and future customer service. If opening an account is this hard, how well will my data be protected? Lots of banks offer CD's - don't need IT hassles.

If today's experience would have been my 1st experience I would have left without opening any accounts.When we entered the bank this morning intending to open a new CD I was told there was only 1 person able to open and shewould be opening a savings account before us. I asked several questions if I could open online,whichno one could seem to answer. Didn't ask if I wanted to make a appointment. Just didn't seem very interested in us.That's ok I'll take this money elsewhere

I came in on 08/19 to open a bank account. Kenneisha jones is who helped assist me. I had my sleepy toddler with me and she was absolutely amazing. She was understanding of his energetic self and really helped to make the atmosphere fun for my little one. Couldn’t have picked someone better to help us.

Today is the first day that I had stepped foot into a Bank of the Ozarks Branch, having previously been a C&S Customer. I had many questions and problems that I needed addressed and was feeling a little bit overwhelmed. The bank employee patiently took her time with me though and answered each and every question that I had. She then proceeded to address every single challenge with friendliness, grace, and a big smile. My only PROBLEM?? I forgot to get the employees name!! I WILL return soon tho, and you can bet that I will find out her name. BRAVO!!

Employees are always so kind and helpful with a smile every time I come to this bank. This is my local bank, I've never had a problem at all. Staff works quick to attend you, and they are all respectful. The only thing I miss from here is the lollipops lol 😢ðŸ

I have now had my bank card breached twice at this bank in two years. Please, consider any other bank.
